Thanks for sharing this concert. His voice is so strong. Considering what he was dealing with. He was amazing human being. He could of canceled every event in 2023. But, thats not the way he wanted to end it. Thanks Jimmy. Its such a loss for us.😢
70 year old here can't live this long without seeing what this world can do to us all. My Bro died from cancer just before his 41 st B Day 30 years ago he had a wife and kids and everyone loved him and he loved them and his work and motorcycle. Our Mother 3 years later at 75 years old heart trouble mean old Pop lived till he was 93 years old and gave the scam Nigerians all his real estate holdings and money helped by Western Union . Many of my friends have died or the world crushed their dreams. I cried for them all but Jimmy Buffett was a kindred soul a beach Bum brother that did good and showed everyone a beach bum , fisherman , surfer can get it done right...and better than most. He also had his demons before Come Monday hit , he about gave up ... thank goodness for us all he did not and it hit...I did my 4 years in the Navy off Vietnam for 2 of those years on a Aircraft carrier fixing communication systems I should have stayed in...lol... mean old world out here....For Jimmy it was different when I got news of his passing it was like the party was now over and no one likes that feeling... We all got old and the party was now over time to pay up and get out but not till this concert is over it was so wonderful to look back on this one...Jimmy was very talkative there....
As a semi professional musician whose seen this man at least 20 plus times in my life I got to say this last week has been the toughest musically for me to take. I, like you all, mourn the passing of our beach combing pirate and poetic muse. I do hope to see him again when God calls me home - I'll just listen the melodic sounds of JB in heaven. God bless you my musical fellow troubadour. Until we meet again,..
It’s so crazy to think that this was 6 months before he passed. I can only imagine the physical symptoms he was internally fighting through during this time, with cancer. It shows how much he truly loved performing. But more importantly, I think he understood how important his concerts were to his fans. How seeing him live was an event that they planned all year for. Those few hours of happiness and escapism. He understood what it meant for so many of us. And so he powered through. What an amazing man, and what a huge hole his absence will leave. Thank you Jimmy! Thanks for all the music, the memories, and playing on until the very end! You are loved so much!!!
Your words make it an emotional reading for this parrothead. He seemed to be such a humbled and loving man to those he made happy, and in turn, also made him happy. I really think he enjoy the happiness of his fans and their eccentric attire at his shows. Ive seen videos where he got involved with some of the tailgating. He was just a big party that never seemed as if it was ever gonna stop until..........it did. Youre so right though. This man struggled through it for as long as he could cause it was his passion...his fate. Jimmy was a smart man and had made his money long long ago. He didnt have to keep doing this for over 50 yrs. He chose to. I, like many, remain so lost and hurt over the loss of our dear, good friend, James William Buffett. He was a staple in my life.
Just 6 months before his passing he clearly looked thinner and much more aged than just a year earlier, but he still had that same infectious joy and spirit. His health had to be taking its toll, yet he never let on, not to his fans. I believe he kept his illness private so that his fans could continue to enjoy living life with him while he was still here instead of mourning him before he was gone. I also believe that his music and performances were as much for him as they were for all of us. It's was what kept him going, his own "magic kind of medicine that no doctor could prescribe." Funny how so many of his lyrics take on a new meaning now. One of my favorites is from Trip Around The Sun -- "Just enjoy this ride ... until it's done." Yes, Jimmy, you most certainly did.
Thank you so much for sharing this awesome video of one of Jimmy's last concerts. In retrospect I can see now how much weight he'd lost, but never imagined he was close to death only six months ago. I am deeply saddened that he is suddenly gone from our presence. God bless our Pirate King; he made the world a better place.
I am forever devastated Jimmy is gone. He was such a light and inspiration. We will never experience something like Jimmy Buffett ever again. RIP Jimmy!! You are missed. You are loved! Life on the Flip side is a masterpiece. Thank you sir!!
The first time that I saw Jimmy Buffett in concert was in the summer of 79 in the middle of summer. It was at Compton Terrace, which was the beginning of a long history of seeing Jimmy Buffet shows. I saw his next to last show two nights before in Las Vegas. Between those two shows Jimmy opened up the world to me. I saw over a hundred show, including some in Europe. He was responsible for me learning about a number of other musicians, authors and entertainers. His passing is a real blow because I've lost my guide through the world. I can't make it through hearing any number of songs without tearing up. I can't believe he's gone to sail on a new sea.
Thank you for sharing this. My daughter & I were there. It was the second time for her, the 12th for me. When i bought the tickets as a Christmas gift, I really didn't have the money to spare, but did it anyway. I'm forever glad I did. We had no idea it was the last time we'd see him. Jimmy brought so much into my life. His music was there for me, no matter what I was feeling. After he passed, I couldn't listen to the music without tears (still can't), but listen I did. My co-workers, the next day, played an entire playlist of his music for me. My daughter told me that Jimmy Buffett was the first person to teach her what music was all about, and the first voice she ever recognized, musically (at 3-years-old). RIP Jimmy. Your music will live on in the generations to come. 💙
As a baby & toddler my grandson listened & danced with Nana to JB every day as they lived with us the first 5yrs. He’s 15 now and still remembers vague but deep feelings when hearing certain songs, from the Fenway Park Concert dvd playing on my vcr. Yes, there are younger generations still growing up with the Magic that was Jimmy Buffett. So glad for you & your daughter to share this concert. 🌴
looking back you can see it in his face he was ill.......His last words were to continue the party!....what a guy he was...truly missed in our household. Fins up forever!
I got to enjoy a couple of Jimmy's concerts, along with my wife of 31 years. She just passed in April but I know she is enjoying Jimmy's CONCERT ON HIGH. Thanks for all the Great Music. We miss you, Jimmy. P.S. I Miss You, Marianne.
This is what a consummate performer does!!! He's literally dying and what does he do,,,,, goes out and entertains the people, his people!🦜He did it because he LOVED❤it!!! And we LOVED him for it. That's why we went to see him by the thousands. I'll always remember the Music🎶 and the Love❤Thank you so much, Jimmy Buffett!!! You touched our hearts and souls.
He was perpetually young. Strong voice, high energy, having fun. One of the last or perhaps the last true entertainer and storyteller. So many musicians play what they want you to hear. Jimmy played what we wanted to hear. And it always seemed new and fresh. He will be missed.
Having just recently discovered his ‘pandemic interviews’ with daughter Delaney, I’ve seen him say several times that when writing & performing it IS with his fans in mind. They may be rich with his true tales & characters but with his finger on the pulse of what touched our hearts be it bouncy & fun or sweet, thoughtful, full of melancholy 😢
he had a LOT of fun in his life and nothing from that caused him to die. it was skin cancer and perhaps the sun had something to do with it. But not his party habits...it never affected him.
You're so lucky and Blessed! I always thought I'd get to see him one more time!!! And One Particular Harbor was a special song for me!!😢 I sung thru the house tears.
A year later, and I watched this last year. My goodness, I will miss this magical wizard of words into song. He saved my soul over the decades. Thank you Mr. Buffett.
We enjoyed all of Jimmy's streamed concerts the past several years which he made sure were viewable free of charge. I never thought to record one. Thanks for this!
“That’s the way to go.” And now I’m bawling. Bless him and the Coral Reefers. “I’d rather die while I’m living than live while I’m dead.” That had to be such a hard moment for the band. And for Jimmy, although he sure as hell meant it.
No one has done it as good as Jimmy..sing the good life we all want...wonderful human being ❤❤❤miss you forever 💗💗💗 bless your family and friends ❤️❤️❤️
When I heard the news on Saturday Sept 2 , 2023 , My best friend and I packed up a giant cooler of drinks & the loudest stereo we could muster to head out on our little lake in Minnesota called White Bear Lake. From noon until 2am , we played every single Buffett song. The entire catalog. As hard core fans , we knew virtually every lyric. 14 hours of not playing the same song twice (ok maybe a few to entertain the crowd! ) As friends came and went on the pontoon throughout the day , I realized that nobody in my circle of friends truely felt the lyrics like my Buddy and I did. Buffett's songs have been a beacon of light for the past 30 years. That was our way of celebrating Buffett and his legacy. It will forever be tradition for us.
I think he would have joined you...he was all about have a good time.. you celebrating his life was appropriate. We parrot heads truly get it. James once said Parrot heads are just dead heads who have fun. I can't remember what concert that was in Pittsburgh. but I never forgot it.😅🦄🦩🩴🐚
I was at that concert too ... we had really great seats and I video'd a bunch of songs before I told myself to put the phone down and enjoy the show ... now I'm glad I took the video
Wonderful video of his last tango in Phoenix. Wish I was there, but your video is like I was there. I moved to Tucson AZ only 2 months later, from CA. I am choked up reading all the comments for a wonderful man who was such a part of my life and my Tropical Vibe. Jimmy smiling all the way to the end, he knew it was time to put the book on the shelf. Bubbles Up Jimmy, you will be in my heart and soul forever. Thank you for being YOU, now you can rest.
I hope the Coral Reefers do something next year, heck I’d go to a show to see the band. They could turns leading the songs, slip in a few of their own, and bill it as a big sing along tribute concert.
What a special person and concert. I cried as well when I heard of his passing. I'm 58 and a parrot head. He looked so sweet and happy. You can see the warmth in the band as well. Loved his fans. Finns out.
I never got to see him but always loved his music. I am shattered 😢 on a catamaran one time in st Thomas they played Jimmy’s songs. We were drinking rum like there was tomorrow😂
My daughter’s birthday was on the day that Jimmy passed. I took it pretty hard because later in the day somebody had to remind me to call her and wish her happy birthday. Fact is I’m still struggling from his passing rest in peace, Jimmy Buffett fins up. Love you.
I totally get it. To be honest, I cried more when I learned of Jimmy's passing, then when my Dad died. Jimmy taught me through his songs and stories about being kind to others, living life to it's fullest, and be grateful for what your have-friends, family etc.
Thanks for posting this video. It is almost 50 years since I saw Jimmy play for the first time. It was in a small club in DC and it was love at first night. He never lost those dancing eyes and its hard to believe that he's gone. Thank you Jimmy for all the years of joy.
My friend passed this am. He was the only person I ever knew. That saw Jimmy Buffett 15 times live! I dedicate this to you Robert! Hope you n Jimmy are singing in Heaven together!❤
Thank you so very much for recording and uploading this fantastic concert. Very much appreciated. Earlier this year, this was one of Jimmy's last concerts. To see Jimmy at the top of his game, happy, and doing what he so very much loves one more time is special. Always loved his music and always will.
We saw Jimmy Buffett at the May 6, 2023 concert at the new Snapdragon stadium (old Qualcom) in San Diego. Just realized it was his last concert. Very similar to this video. I will cherish the memories forever.
Almost gone 2 months now. Still hurts so much. Wonder what he was thinking back then knowing what he must have known. Thanks for posting this awesome concert. Bubbles UP Jimmy.
Thanks for posting this video. When he sang "One Particular Harbor" it made me cry. I hope he's enjoying his harbor and partying on happily forever. Miss him.
Needed a JB spirit uplift tonight and this did the trick! There will only ever be ONE Jimmy Buffet. What a lovable, fun, talented man and Coral Reefer Band. Forever loved, so missed. Fins up Jimmy.
RIP Jimmy 🙏 you will live forever making people happy through your music. You made life so much easier and better by sharing your heart and soul with your music 🎶. Thank you and God bless
Thanks so so much ❤for recording and sharing this. For us Parrot heads .. that have not been able to see Jimmy in awhile…. and now we can’t see him again…😢this means the world ❤❤!!! This world… is just not going to be the same without him. Beautiful memories… he will be so so missed 😢
Certainly tugs at your heart strings. God Bless you Jimmy, not only were you a Sailor, you were a real Trooper. I know you are RIP w/a smile on your face.
Yeah, he almost trainwrecked Brown Eyed Girl. He kept singing through the lead break, lost his place, and the band helped him get back on track. I only noticed because he's been flawless all his life. Even with this, it was still a master performance by one of the greatest songwriters in history. But he struggled at times through this.
Thank you to Jimmy Buffett and the Coral ReeferBand for all the joy and long lived positive energy you have put out to the world and all those on it ❤🎉🎉🎉
Thank you so much Jimmy✨. I have loved you for years and every morning the good Lord allows me to wake up your songs are in my mind🙏. What an amazing human being✨✌💖
I write this as tears stream down my face. What a unique personality we lost. To know he was performing this well so close to losing his battle makes me adore and respect him more (if that's even possible). I will miss sitting on ski slope in June to watch and listen with the most diverse crowd possible. Thanks for sharing the joy!
Wow ! What a wonderful Amazing man, got to move our fins to the left fins to the right in Seattle in 2018 , so glad we did , just a bundle of Joy, left there singing , Thankful to see him so joyful here , thank You for sharing this
Mom was taking guitar lessons in her 70's to stay active as always....she surprised me by playing Volcano for me when I went to visit her and Pop lived 800 miles away...she played and sang that song and I was so shocked...lol..she passed away in 1996 at 75 years old...I still have her guitar
Thanks soooo much for the upload!!! It made me cry... but that's only because... it's very hard for me to see him without getting extremely emotional. This man and his music... cold extremely special memories for me. I've really been through a lot in my life... but I made it through every time... because all I had to do was listen to Jimmy and I knew I'll make it through everything. I feel incredibly lucky to have been able to see Jimmy live many times. We miss you Jimmy! Legacy will live on through us parrotheads! I had to stop... I was bawling my eyes out watching..😢
I was so happy and excited when I found out 2 days after I arrive in Oahu, Hawaii that Jimmy Buffet was going to be performing at The Shell. I jumped on the internet and 😅😊🌋🎉❤🍺🌊🦀🎊💕🏝🏖🍹🍸🧂🍔😇🙏🥳🩷💜🌺🤗🎉🌺🥳 got my ticket in December 2015 or 2016. I don't remember exact year. R.I.P. Jimmy Buffet you will be missed far beyond any measure of time. So get in that boat drink and sail ⛵️ high in the Heavenly sky, grab that Margaritaville, get your cheeseburger 🍔 and sing Son of a Sailor......😊kepp smiling Jimmy Buffet. I have been to several of your restaurants. They are fabulous. 🌋🏖🏝🎉⛵️✈️🍔🧂🍹🍺🍾🥂🦜🦩🦜😇🥳🦩🐠🌺🥳🙏🩷💜❤️⛵️🩷💜💙👼👣🌋✈️🌈🌊
I can not believe that Jimmy was performing like this in Phoenix, AZ on this date! And then you tell me Jimmy passed away from cancer on September 1, 2023! Oh Lord Jesus, are you getting reading to call your children home? We have been in tears for two weeks due to Jimmy passing away! Jimmy just told us to not grow older, but never grow up! Boat Drinks, my friend!
My Aunt was diagnosed with cancer in May of 2006 and given 6 months to live. She died in November of that year. She raised me. I loved her like no other. It was devastating and an honor to take care of her every need in her las 6 months of life. I love you Aunt Ju Ju.
Looks like he saved his best for last. Sounds incredibly fine here, lots of thoughtfulness put into this, and somewhat less adrenaline that has always been a mainstay of his shows. Love it. Miss him too much already.
Having fun, smiling and bringing joy as long as he was able. What a lovable man. RIP Jimmy and bless your family with loving memories. Fins up Coral Reefer band! Excellent find here. On my revisit list when I need a JB fix!
Again I watch this one, I have grown up with these Parrotheads through the years! Last Night, we had Alan, Kenny, Mac, and Zac Brown give tribute with their bands playing their hearts out during the 2023 CMT Awards!
None of is knew Jimmy would pass six months later that came sudden and unexpected but before that this man was still doing what he loves doing even when he was battling cancer. He gave every Fibre if his being till the end Thanks for the music Jimmy you be greatly missed.
The smiling eyes man. No way not to love him.
Wrinkles only go where the smiles have been.....
Thanks for sharing this concert. His voice is so strong. Considering what he was dealing with. He was amazing human being. He could of canceled every event in 2023. But, thats not the way he wanted to end it. Thanks Jimmy. Its such a loss for us.😢
This concert was amazing- thank you so much for sharing!!! Jimmy is so very loved and missed!!!❤
He was at peace with his life. Such a happy person.
Thank you David Hoyt for posting this concert
❤ couldn't have said it better!
Thanks for posting. I wanted to go to this show but couldn’t make it. Regretting it since 9/1 but this helps so much. TY
Jimmy didn't look well, but he still had that amazing smile and showmanship.❤❤
I am a 50 year old combat veteran and retired law enforcement and I cried when I found out he passed.
I did too! My favorite singer!!

Because you are part of the family.
💜
All of us did😢 Loss of a true songwriting genius and performer!!!❤❤❤

@@vaccumsealed…and your words as well … hard to reconcile JB’s legendary energy on this performance with what we now know. 🤯 😢
Well said!
Jimmy was amazing RIP😢😢
Thanks for your comment. He was one of my very favorite artists. Listening soothes memory of loss.
Jimmy entertained his fans as long as he could.
RESPECT

I was at this concert! So happy I was able to see Jimmy one last time. Made even more special because I went with my daughter.
It was a GREAT concert! I was also there.

I was able to take my daughter in April 2022 and we cherish that show now even more!
Great show. This makes me smile and cry at the same time
I so love this man. Thanks for spreading so much joy to so many millions of people Jimmy.
I am forever devastated Jimmy is gone. He was such a light and inspiration. We will never experience something like Jimmy Buffett ever again. RIP Jimmy!! You are missed. You are loved! Life on the Flip side is a masterpiece. Thank you sir!!
It's unbearable. The greatest is gone.
I listen to Life in the Flip Side all the time in my car and at home. Even have the bag and the hat. He was talking to us! I’ll forever miss him ❤️

Don't be sad Jimmy is gone ... be happy that you get to enjoy his wonderful music
RIP Bubba. You died while you were living for sure. Meet you at that one particular harbor by and by.

Sounds so good, so hard to believe we sit here today and he is gone. Life is not fair sometimes, the world needed Jimmy in it.
RIP Jimmy
I pretty much made it to Margaritaville, then lost it. He's gone.
Goodbye Jimmy, your music is such a good friend.
We will cherish all the music he blessed us with.
Watching this you honestly could tell in certain parts he wasn't doing well.
God bless him for doing this show R.I.P. dear Jimmy
…and yet still energetic & smiling
His voice was still amazing !
Heaven has another wonderful angel. I hope there's music and lots of dancing whenever it's my time.
Thank you so very much for recording and uploading this fantastic concert. Very much appreciated. Earlier this year, this was one of Jimmy's last concerts. To see Jimmy at the top of his game, happy, and doing what he so very much loves one more time is special. Always loved his music and always will.
I’m so sad he passed away, I really wished I could have seen one of his concerts. I feel awful for his family as well, he had three kids.
Over 2 months now and I was thinking the exact same thing. He must have known. So very sad...
Thanks for posting this video. When he sang "One Particular Harbor" it made me cry. I hope he's enjoying his harbor and partying on happily forever. Miss him.
My late good friend Dave Goodrich was a Parrot Head. Jimmy , if You could , please sing one for Him when You see Him. God Bless You and Him. 🙏
Barefoot Jimmy and the Reefers, nothing better on a summer night! Thanks for the great memories Jimmy!!!!
my last Jimmy concert... thank you David

omg...thanks for sharing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
God Bless
Needed a JB spirit uplift tonight and this did the trick! There will only ever be ONE Jimmy Buffet. What a lovable, fun, talented man and Coral Reefer Band. Forever loved, so missed. Fins up Jimmy.
Thank you for posting the show. My wife and I were in the audience and enjoyed the show seeing Jimmy. 🥰
RIP Jimmy 🙏 you will live forever making people happy through your music. You made life so much easier and better by sharing your heart and soul with your music 🎶. Thank you and God bless
It's sad that only a few short months after this show he would no longer be with us and we would be mourning his passing.
Great recording! I'll be in Scottsdale late Feb. 2024. Missing Jimmy and his music.
What a strong, powerful, life-loving man. Missed beyond words. God bless you Jimmy.❤😊
Certainly tugs at your heart strings. God Bless you Jimmy, not only were you a Sailor, you were a real Trooper. I know you are RIP w/a smile on your face.
Wow, great show, so it's not surprising that a lot of us had no idea he was fighting for his life,
Thanks for sharing the memories! RIP JB❤
I can listen to you anytime😂
One of his last concerts, he knew he was dying...but that did not stop him......
I noticed that the band wasn't smiling much. They knew it would be over soon. Bless them. It had to be so hard.
Thank you for sharing this.
Last Mango was especially poignant when he smiled and sang “a legend never dies”…
Thank you to Jimmy Buffett and the Coral ReeferBand for all the joy and long lived positive energy you have put out to the world and all those on it
❤🎉🎉🎉
Great videography, thanks for sharing. Still can't believe he's gone. 😓
Thanks soooo much for sharing this ❤ RIP Jimmy 💔 your spirit will never die ❤🎶🥀⚓️🦈🦜🌴✨💫 and may you always have fair winds and following seas 💨🌬️🌊🙏
Great recording! Many thanks for getting one of Jimmy's last recordings! My favorite concert artist of all time!
Thanks for sharing this! Nice to see JB cranking it up!
What a singer/entertainer! He will be truly missed. He was an amazing stage entertainer.
Thank you for sharing this magical show.

I was so happy and excited when I found out 2 days after I arrive in Oahu, Hawaii that Jimmy Buffet was going to be performing at The Shell. I jumped on the internet and 😅😊🌋🎉❤🍺🌊🦀🎊💕🏝🏖🍹🍸🧂🍔😇🙏🥳🩷💜🌺🤗🎉🌺🥳
got my ticket in December 2015 or 2016.
Hes the only music artist that passes away that I will miss so much! Love music so much..
He was spending our money foolishly!
And, I'm glad he did.
steve
My Aunt was diagnosed with cancer in May of 2006 and given 6 months to live. She died in November of that year. She raised me. I loved her like no other. It was devastating and an honor to take care of her every need in her las 6 months of life. I love you Aunt Ju Ju.
Looks like he saved his best for last. Sounds incredibly fine here, lots of thoughtfulness put into this, and somewhat less adrenaline that has always been a mainstay of his shows.
Love it. Miss him too much already.
Thank you for posting. Well shot and recorded. He was one of a kind!
Having fun, smiling and bringing joy as long as he was able. What a lovable man. RIP Jimmy and bless your family with loving memories. Fins up Coral Reefer band! Excellent find here. On my revisit list when I need a JB fix!
Thanks for sharing
Thanks for posting this, David! I'm so glad your daughter got to experience JB live...A real concert in "Margaritaville."
Again I watch this one, I have grown up with these Parrotheads through the years! Last Night, we had Alan, Kenny, Mac, and Zac Brown give tribute with their bands playing their hearts out during the 2023 CMT Awards!
Jimmy Buffett was beautiful.
Thank you for sharing this video! I was blessed to be in that crowd and will always remember it!
❤ Love Jimmy he could always take me to the beach ⛱️ my Happy Place
None of is knew Jimmy would pass six months later that came sudden and unexpected but before that this man was still doing what he loves doing even when he was battling cancer. He gave every Fibre if his being till the end Thanks for the music Jimmy you be greatly missed.
He's awesome. One man conjures up that whole show!
