Buddy knocked down 85 out of 100 three pointers today in his workout with the Celtics today. Hopefully they took notice. Please, Danny, please, don't fuck this up. This kid is going to be an All Star. Probably a top ten player. Don't trow that pick away on Butler who is older, less talented and has an attitude problem. Draft Heild, then at 16 and 23 take a shot on some rebounding rim portectors. Then sign Al Horford and you are right there contending with Cleveland for the East. At that point you still have two (likely top five picks) picks from the Nets. Convert even one of those picks into an All Star and you are a contender.
They have a good young team. No reason to ruin your future with impatience. We have got to swing for the fences.
Heat, Raptors and Pacers will all be strong teams next year. Celtics are still a work in progress like the Knicks.
Did you seriously just compare the Celtics to the Knicks? I don't know wether to laugh or to be incredible saddened by your lack of NBA knowledge.
The Celtics won exactly the same number of games as the Heat last year, will have three first round picks a week from now, including the third pick in the entire draft. The Heat could quite possibly lose Whiteside and Bosh in the same off season and Wade (already old) is yet another year older. But if you ignore the draft and free agency the Heat will be better than the Celtics next year even though they weren't last year. Seriously, do you even watch the NBA?
The Raptors also face the loss of key free agents. Americans don't want to play in Canada. Which will make it even harder (but not impossible) to resign their guys.
And somehow the freaking Pacers who finished seventh in the East, BEHIND Boston who was in a three way tie for third is magically going to be better than Boston who, again, has a ton of draft picks to improve their team?

He compared the Knicks to the Celtics by saying that they were both works in progress. That is true, but only in the sense that you could make that claim about any team. The Knicks are dumpster fire . They have some of the worst ownership in sports, no coach and a "GM" with zero experience. The Celtics have made the playoffs and won forty plus games in each of the last two years. The have one of the best young coaches in the game. It's like comparing a supermodel to the 350 pound female cashier at WalMart with two lazy eyes who smells like mixture of sweat and poop. Yes, technically, they are both women.

His game seems a perfect mid-way between Curry and Westbrook. I think the drive has the Westbrook attitude but with a Curry-ish finesse and that kind of smoother pace he dribbles with reminds me of Paul George. Looks like he's got the Curry shooter-mentality and on top of that he's Dwyane Wade-tall... WHAT Tha...!

Buddy Hield remind a lot like Reggie Miller, Ray Allen and Stephen Curry but he is ready for the NBA and he is a top 5 pick of the 2016 NBA Draft and in 5 year later he will be a superstar in the NBA.

I love Buddy Hield. He might even be able to beat out Jason Thompson for the league leader in open mouth breathing and oxygen consumed during a game. He can literally play "suffocating Defense". On a serious note, I think his skill set reminds me of James Harden. He may not have the mid range game Harden does but he definitely has a better 3 point stroke. In the end I think Hields elite level work ethic will elevate him to the upper echelon of the NBA by the time he hits his prime years

If the Celtics don't get 1 or 2, they have to consider taking this guy. He would come in and instantly be the best shooter on the team and he would give them a plus athlete to back up Bradley and possible replace him down the road.

Honestly I wouldn't mind either one. Murray is a better ball handler and all around scorer, but Hield is a better shooter and is more athletic (thus a higher ceiling on defense).
