    • @rahimali3004
      @rahimali3004 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@RichardDebs The only bottle neck against DIani reaching its full potential was accees of a road directly from the island of mombasa. The only way one to get to Diani from mombasa via the likoni ferry which brought its own issues depending on the ferry. Like delays one would miss their flight if the ferry delayed due to break downs, bringiing materials for building was cumbersome using the ferry from weight restrictions and if you took the ferry the exits are so steep so one was limited to materials they could transport. Now that there will be a direct connection hussle free to Diani the boom is coming. My advise to you is buy a plot or land in Diani before the prices get too crazy high and build cottages and start an AirBNB and bring tourists from America. You will not regret. Diani has everything for American tourists from water sports, restuarants, of course the beautiful beach and more. Travel to Mombasa will only be 30 min if one wants to explore the city
