If having big breasts automatically meant that you will get a sore back, then there wouldn't be cases of women with immensely huge chests (each bigger than two handfulls) that have absolutely no back problems. Being fit doesn't mean you have to have low body fat, many girls who squat iron keep squishy bodies and big chests. The woman in the drawing specifically has a really strong body, just by the shape and size you can tell.
You're confusing correlation with causation, bad backs are made worse by big boobs, but big boobs doesn't equal a bad back.

Head Height is referencing the height of a human female would average, 6-8 heads. Meaning if you measured your head. That length, multiplied by 6 to 8 times would be how tall you are. Its meant to show proper proportion. So he drew several lines indicating 6,7, and 8 heads of height.

Can you do a video on the groin to hip ratio like side view and quarter view? That drives me insane when I draw [mostly cause I go with the groin being 2 heads down and usually go a little farther later when I can't get it right cause it wasn't right]
