The reason for the "glitch" for kizana is because of the outfit your wearing, Im guessing she wasn't programmed to have the navy uniform not until she was finished.

yeah her uniform is supposed to be a mix between the old one and the new one that yan-chan is wearing. the reason why the back is the same colour is because the rendering isn't all the way finished. yeah, she isn't all the way completed. she's got the old uniform on, but it's in the same model as the newer one. she's not yet completed. it looks funny, and I love Jay's reaction to it.
