- Join me on an epic journey from Mumbai to Thailand with SriLankan Airlines! Starting late at night, I head to the airport with my friends (though they’re a bit camera-shy!). After a quick bite, we board our flight and take off a little later than expected. With a tight 1.5-hour layover in Colombo, we just made it in time for our connecting flight to Thailand.
Got to enjoy a delicious breakfast onboard before I finally crashed and slept the entire way. On arrival, we landed at a massive (and unexpected!) airport but got our luggage without a hitch. We then made our way to our hotel near the lively Khao San Road market.
