I really enjoyed these two videos! So many things to consider in a breeding program with a 10 year wait period makes this topic a labor of love for young people. LoL
@@SeraphimCherubimI don’t really has access to that breeding effort but I see that Alex also mentioned that Rosigold is a Mango that he would like to cross with Edward. That will be a good cross if it’s able to have the Edward flavor trails. Edward is a great mango but the tree gets too big and it’s my understanding that it’s not a heavy producer.
@BearingFruitTropicals sweet tart for taste and hardiness the other two for lateness and size. Plus it would be interesting to see what comes out of all three.
Pickering and Angie are a good start all around. Even the scions graft easier than others.
Great videos!!
Great interview ,this young man is a legend already .

Great video thank you
Thank you! Looking forward to watching this 2nd part!
Thanks for watching
Pickering is mentioned a lot. If I can only plant one mango, it would be Pickering.
Im so excited about your channel!
Thank you!
This is the mango man, he breaks down and details his video’s on mangoes etc ❤️🫡
Rosigold x Fruit Cocktail is a cross I would love to see. Looking for the Super Early Trails from Rosigold and the Flavor Trails from Fruit Cocktail.
When are you going to do it? I imagine we would have to use large potted plants inside a greenhouse.

Rossi gold x rosa hybrid.
This would be an interesting cross that would likely result in a lot of small trees with pretty mangos that are very disease-prone
@TropicalAcresFarms thankyou for your thoughts.
Mahachanok
Ambrosia x lacatelia x sweet tart hybrid.
Lancetilla for size. Ambrosia and sweet tart are both great tasting mangoes.
