The last time I had a major burnout, I ended up breaking my leg just days later. I still am trying to comprehend why all of the bad things had to happen last year while simultaneously trying to be a full-time student in my last semester of college before I graduated with a bachelor's degree in social work. What I have figured out is that if I had not broken my leg, I would have kept living on campus and that wouldn't have been good for me. I was very overwhelmed with trying to juggle what I needed to do as a student, intern, and also for my job on campus. I was also trying to figure out how to fit in fun activities in my schedule too. The one thing that gave me joy and helped calm the chaos in my mind was working out. When I first toured my college, I met the dean of students. He asked me what I liked to do and I immediately told him how I like to ride my handcycle and long story short, he created a workout class that was inclusive for me, as I use a wheelchair. We became very good friends and he is the main reason I didn't completely burnout, even after I was in isolation after I broke my leg and had to be on bedrest due to developing a wound in the hospital. He knew I was struggling with my mental health the last few weeks I was on campus. The last day before I broke my leg, in fact, he told me to come to work after class with clothes that I could change into for a workout. He knew I needed to get away from the stress of my assignments and everything. We even went to lunch together! To think about it now, it is crazy that that was our last workout and day together before my life completely changed. Anyway, I have not experienced another burnout like I did last year, but the biggest thing for me is to put my physical health first by doing some kind of workout. I also enjoy reading, drawing, playing with my dog, and spending time with my nieces. If I don't put these things first, I start going through the cycle of comparison/thinking I am a failure, etc. just like you. I don't know much about the enneagram, but I have taken the test and it said I was a 2. I relate to a lot of videos and info about 2s, but I really think I am a 9. I have always been the type of person to prefer peace of mind and pretending everything is all sunshine and rainbows because it is just easier that way. I am also an INFJ, so I tend to absorb other people's energies and become what they need me to be. I often find myself wondering who I really am. Everyone else seems to be so sure of themselves and know what they are doing in life. Why do I feel so lost and unsure sometimes?
Thanks for sharing for sharing your story with us ❤️❤️❤️ type 2s and 9s can be so similar. I’d look into the core weakness of both. What you shared sounded more like the 9.
I think this was such an important video - taking care of your mental health is so important to your wellbeing. I’ve pushed myself well beyond my burnout point before, and before things changed for me I was in such a deep depression. Also, your channel has been very helpful for me on my journey in discovering my type. It hadn’t been all that clear to me; I had thought I was a 1, and then a 9, but now I’m pretty sure I’m a self-preservation 4. I’m finally having those awkward, uncomfortable someone went through my mail moments I didn’t quite have before. I’m looking forward to your upcoming videos - thanks for all you do!
You were the very first person I watched talking about Enneagram, and loved that you were a type 9 like me. Your personality and energy really resonates with me. I also love the way it just feels like you’re talking with us, rather than to us. Knowing that you needed to step back and get yourselves is important, and sharing your struggles with the world is brave. I’m glad you’re coming back! I’m not really a big commenter on social media, but please know that you are making a positive impact on people (and my self-discovery adventure in particular) even if we (I) aren’t commenting on your videos. :)
I wanted to add my voice to this chorus of people who enjoy your videos. I love the way you teach the enneagram. It's trustworthy, grounded, clear and very peaceful.
Please don't compare yourself to anyone else in your field. I know doubts invade our mind every now and then. But, I have to say you are the one youtuber in this field that has been able to help me understand myself a little better. I love your style of teaching by the way and this way of doing videos now blog style is gonna be the bomb. Enneagram 7wing 8 here😉. Thank you for all the work you put into these videos. We truly appreciate your content and your very own style.
🙌🏽I get this, my friend! I'm coming back from a several month break (longer than I thought I would be!). Resting, regrouping, refocusing, all good! Glad to have you back.
I found you just yesterday while having an identity crisis. And you helped me identify my disintegration to 2 and manage that within myself. As sp4, it's hard sometimes to find my motives among the (surely almost a million) thoughts I get within a day and I was reading tens of enneatype descriptions per day (sometimes the same ones over and over). But none of them matched what I was feeling at that exact moment which threatened my self-identity even more than the yet-unidentified disintegration. It was a fresh human voice that made me finally calm down. After watching a few of your videos on 4s, I went to sleep and when I woke up, introspected and decided to take a break from social media. I'm already subscribed, and I'm glad I arrived just in time for your comeback. Though, I'm sure, I would still be here if this video came a year later. Your videos are more helpful than you know, but please do remember that the world will always be there and your mental health is much more important. Thank you again for what you do :)
Wow. Thank you so much for sharing your journey with me. I truly appreciate you taking the time to let me know. And I am so happy that my videos helped you yesterday. That means so much to me to hear this and it makes me excited to make more videos for you ❤
Hillary, no one is doing enneagram like you!! I've listened to all channels about it, but I know that when I need a very lighthearted, crisp, crystal clear understanding/refresher on any aspect of the enneagram you are THE ONE! Still a top favorite! And guess what - when I need to introduce someone to the enneagram? YOU are the one! Your positivity & grace are so delightful and contagious!! 9s are already amazing, but you are also such a wonderful and inspirational woman! Thanks so much for everything you do!! Cheering you on in whatever path you feel is right for you! 🤗😍
I've missed you and your videos. Your videos make a difference to me! I've learned so much from you and I really appreciate your positivity, your authenticity, and that you focus on the teaching aspect of the enneagram. :) I'm glad to hear that you are doing better now and am looking forward to your new videos! Thank you for all you do! 💙
9w1 here. As a 9, I totally identify with your need to step back for a bit. One of the aspects of my 9-ness that I am recently embracing is the amount of time and space I need for myself before I can give of myself to the world. Kudos for taking care of yourself. Also, I have benefited hugely from your content, especially wrt coming to terms with the way God made me as a 9w1. Thank you so much for giving of yourself in this way.
Love how you said this..."embracing is the amount of time and space I need for myself before I can give of myself to the world." So good. And thank you for letting me know how it helped you! ❤
As a type 9, I really appreciate you making this video. When I started my content creation journey, I thought about how to get fame and glory, and while it worked for a little, I got so burnt out from it. Now, I just focus on what I enjoy making regardless of how many people watch, and it honestly gives me much more life and enthusiasm in what I do. Thanks again for the video, Hillary. God Bless 🙏
Hi Hillary! This video really resonated with me. I'm a type 4 (4w5 sp/so) and I value peace, quiet, and solitude. But I live in what I like to call an "animal house" (loud loving family members including a rambunctious nephew toddler who always wants my attention or service); I work remotely from home and I'm an aspiring writer (the hours spent online can be ridiculous). In other words, my online life and IRL was a lot to deal with daily. I'd not only compare myself with family members (and fall short) but I'd compare myself with social media, friends and those I follow, and also fall short). I was burnt out physically and mentally. I decided to do a social detox before just deleting all my social media (besides TH-cam and Pinterest which I use for writing). It made all the difference. I'm glad you were able to step away and remember why you started your channel. Your channel has not only helped me value who I am (as a type 4 who is moving towards a 4w3 btw) but also understand how to accurately depict my characters who are the nine different enneagram types. Your enneagram interviews are some of my faves! As a Christian, I also love the words of encouragement :-) Keep up the good work, just subscribed.
Hi Avionne! I can totally relate to needing peace, quiet and solitude. And you are a writer...so awesome and hard at the same time. I loved that you did a social detox...that is so good for the soul sometimes. I have done them. Thank you for taking the time to write this comment. So so encouraging to me. Just know I am over here cheering you on and when you finish your book you'll have to let me know so I can buy it! ❤
You’re my personal favorite Enneagram coach. You’re the one that helped me figure out my type…. I have shared your channel with friends and clients. I value you and your coaching style because you love Jesus, you’re real, authentic, genuinely caring! I struggle with comparison too, but you’re helping me to be ok with who I am. I am a natural cheerleader and I love being intentionally observant so I can show up and encourage others. We all need to feel loved, belong and have a purpose. Thank you, Hillary. 💕
@@enneagramandcoaching you are welcome! I’ve been wanting to get back on your schedule sometime just in case I missed something with my typing. 💕 I wanted to thank you, too, for sharing your beautiful home, neighborhood and your favorite Starbucks!
And i have a 5 wing so i love you will know how many nights ive stayed up to 2 in the morning absorbing it all like a sponge - you way surpass many out there!! Keep doing wot ur doing!!
That's great about you walking. I like audiobooks. Right now I do this, not everyday but as many days as I can a week: I read a few pages in a book, read a scripture and devotion for the day, in my journal I list 3 goals for the month, 3 for the year, write 3 things I'm thankful for and 3 thoughts. I say my declaration. I exercise too with exercises they gave me from physical therapy. I walk at the store too. Great video! I have learned a lot from you on youtube. Thank you for sharing!
I identified myself as 9w1 about 2 years ago. I had known I was a Myers’s-Briggs INFJ for years, but the Enneagram made me feel like I had come home to myself. Your posts have become my faves, so I’m so glad you are back. I’ve been in a funk. My best friend moved away, I broke my little toe making exercise more difficult, etc. ad naseum. Your comments about comparison-I needed to hear. Thanks.
I'm a type 9 and everything you are sharing makes exact sense to me. When I start feeling a little burned out and someone tells me that I am doing a good job and I make a difference in their life it totally fills up my cup when I feel low.I’m realizing how important spoken & written kind words are to me. Your videos are truly my favorite enneageam videos and I watch them all. It’s important you are exactly you and that's the Beauty you bring and Share. Thank you for using your voice & sharing with us. We are fortunate for what you share. This information can shape and change lives. ❤️🙌
Every opportunity I get I want to share life enriching info. I share Your videos! Also one life changing book I highly recommend is “how to be an adult” by David Richo..the title is misleading. I can’t say enough what an important book this is it’s very small but very information dense. I hope someone reading this reads that book. It will change your world ❤️
I have missed you so much! I follow 4 people who do Enneagram videos and you are by far my favorite. You are the only one I seriously binge watch (or listen when I'm at work). I'm glad you were able to take time for yourself but really overjoyed that you are back. I had wondered if it was just a busy season for you because I know that's been true for me the past couple of months. Again... so glad you are back!
You bring your own unique, beautiful perspective to the table and that is so valuable! No one else can do that but you! Have missed your videos- glad you're back!❤
I’m so happy you came out of your “quiet season” stronger and realizing that the world needs You just how GOD made you! Thanks for sharing your heart. Can’t wait to see your new content. 💖
You are so wonderful as you are: authentic and help me so much. Be truth to yourself and keep going! Nine LOVE small things: a walk, a coffee, nature, audiobooks...New energy !! You are apreciated and you need to listen It.
Vulnerable. Honest. Raw. Brave. Two phrases. First from Jamie Lee Curtis, who said 'Compare and Despair'. And the other is from Anon (ie: many!). And it's 'Good enough' Thank you, you're a nice person! :-)
Thank you very much. I actually thing talking about our breaks and where our minds wander in our shadows is almost the most important message of all. Being ourselves fully. Showing how to listen to yourself correctly. Showing that you also do not have all answers and like inspirations. That you're an actual person with needs. We've dealt so much damage to ourselves and others by not being where we're at and putting up too strong fronts. It's a large source of systemic abuse. Because when people look like they're fine, then it's OK to burden and challenge them, people think. If they look alright, then that is the standard to which we hold everyone, people think. Where would our standards and societies be at, if we were honest about our lack of passion and need for breaks as we are for our passions. I read somewhere from someone getting told by their therapist that it's absolutely unreasonable to make 100% performance your gold standard for everyday life. Then you're at 120% and more when you're "trying hard", right? But "trying hard" and "peaking" should be your 100%. So your everyday should be +/- 70 percent when you're in good health!! And way below if you're not in good health. And all of that relative to what your "best state of performance" would be, even if in comparison that may be what's the 50% of another person in a specific area of life. We're not the same. We have neurodivergent brains and nervous systems. We're at last starting to let go of the idea of absolute norm. Which, by the way, actually only a veeeeeery small percentage of people actually fully happen to fall into. While majority is on the spectrum left an right from the standards we're all trying to measure up to. We're doing ourselves a disservice by being with "our ideal" rather than being with us, in the here and now. (Reminds me I gotta tell that one to myself a few more times, too!). Take care. No service is greater to humanity. Leave spare capacity for other people, for emergency situations! Don't set your everyday standard at 100%. It hurts you. If it hurts you, it hurts us. Take care! Others will be able to follow your example, too. It's a very important community service that we've forgotten to honour.
Ah, it is good to see this even if it is far too late. I may annoy you with all of the comedy and humor, but I do want you to know you were one of the first I turned to when I was exploring this Enneagram space and I always appreciated the energy, the honesty, the passion and the creativity. You really do put it in a way that anyone can understand, which is at the core of good coaching. I totally get the comparison vibe and the pining for things we don't have _(even if we don't really need it to be ourselves)._ It is a part of something I am working on myself. It goes to show that self-care and mental health is indeed so very important. I am glad you are well, I am glad you are happy and you found that creative bubble again! I am looking forward to seeing what you do next because you always bring yourself to your efforts _(which is not the same thing I can say about other people out there there in the world)._ And the vlog style rocks! Keep that up too! *_(looks off camera)_* See? Was that so surprising? I can actually say nice things to good people who deserve it. I am not as much of a cold hearted tyrant that you-- *_(spots the light above the camera)_* Is this thing still on? *_(slams desk)_* *Why is that thing still on?!* When I find Wing 4, I am going to make him cry so much he'll flood the boiler room again!
This was seriously such a blessing to me! First it was fun to hear from you. Second I really appreciate you how you can alway being a smile to my face and make me laugh. So thank you! Thank you for being you! Hope you Have been well!
You make a difference and you matter. Thank you for your wonderful videos, and I know how hard it is to take a moment when you are an awake 9 (I'm a 9 too!). So glad to see you back! Also glad that you took a breather when you needed it, though!
Thanks so much or this. You popped up and tbh, I hadnt been watching you for about a year as life gos in the way. But so nice to see this and catch up on your life. I love that you are a 9 ( I am too), thats why I followed you in the first place, as I think it is SO awesome when 9s get out there and step into their purpose. Love you sharing with the world, we need more people like you to share all this good stuff with the world. I'm in the UK, and the enneagram is not as talked about as it seems to be in the states, so again great to hear about it more. through your channel. xxx
OMG this video is so inspiring! I am planning on starting my youtube channel doing this very thing! Walking, exercise and talking about mental health issues.
Hi! I'd been looking for a great resource to learn more about the Enneagram, and your channel stuck out as a wellspring for that insight when I found it. Thank you for your vulnerability and living out your philosophy of helping people become their best selves by investing in your own. I really appreciate how God uses you to invest in this community's personal growth journeys. Your videos always plant seeds of encouragement and wisdom in others lives. I'm excited to keep watching, learning, and applying your insights to uplift myself and others. God bless :)
You’ve helped me with myself and my relationships. I enjoy your enthusiasm and knowledge. Hope you get all the rest and inspiration you need. Thank you for what you do 😍
I’m a 6 by the way. Have a daughter who is a 3 and a son who is a 9. Your teachings have helped me be a better parent plus have more forgiveness for myself.
Thank you so much for sharing!! I love your videos... they really helped me understand myself (and others)! Mental health is so important to address. I also went through burn out recently and a few years ago went through a period where I felt lost in who I was. I'm back to my groove and glad you are as well. I appreciate you for all the great content you bring us!! Can't wait for the new vids!
Type 9 here👋🏾 Cardio---and coffee😋 help me as well! Priscilla & Dr. Tony Evans always a winner. Jennie Allen 'Get Out of Your Head' & Chrystal Evans Hurst 'She's Still There.' Ty for your transparency🥰
Sure, it's perfectly understandable. I think a lot of people go through this at one point or another, but not everyone admits it, so it goes under the radar. First, your channel does make a difference. For me it was mostly helpful figuring out whether I'm a 2 or a 9. But you put good content on other types as well, and it's so important to learn and accept all types, not just our own. I'm sure your viewers appreciate your work as well. So yes, I noticed your "disappearance", but I figured you will post new videos whenever you're ready. It's great that you do it for us, but it's your channel first. Do what is convenient for you. Glad you are better and do that :) Also, I wouldn't say that your channel is boring or too dry or lacks humor. I think it has it's charm. So I get it. I get your feelings and comparisons, but personally, I think it's a good channel. It's probably your 1 wing critic. Looking forward for new content (but only when you feel ready)
Thank you for making this video Hilary. I can absolutely relate to those comparison feelings and videos like these always help put things back into perspective. I’m sorry I haven’t been commenting as much this year. It’s been very crazy on my end with some deaths in the family. I’ll be making more of an effort to keep up to date on TH-cam. When things are getting stressful, I was going to that negative side of the 7 a lot more with less discipline and pushing off tasks out of a fear of imperfection/failure. Moving forward, I’m really trying to break out of that negative rut. I can’t wait to see more of your videos and give my comments on them.
So happy you are back! I love your channel and it's nice to see TH-camrs who share my enneagram type. You are the only one I know of who is a 9. Would love to hear the story about how you used to be a 9w1. Would like to know if you choose to become 9w8 or if it just happens. :) Now I'm off to go watch the Van video vlog :)
Thanks for this video. I'm a 9 and I'm definitely in a space currently where I'm just tired of everything because everything has some sort of demand or 'doing' components. Quite frankly, I hate it. Yes, it feels good once things are worked through and completed but I'm not a fan of the human growth process... Just being honest. 1 audiobook that I really like to listen to is The Life of Pi. Glad you're doing better, I do appreciate your videos. They are very helpful
You actually are funny! The joy you radiate makes it so fun and easy to watch. You are also skilled at simplifying concepts which I think is a sign of a good instructor. Somehow you come across not as lecturing but presenting an engaging experience. Keep on shining! LUKE 1:79, PROVERBS 20:5 😊❤
I LOVE audiobooks! I am listening to Untamed by Glennon Doyle. It is good! I just thought you were focusing on VanCaskey's, but of course I was missing your enneagram videos and especially our monthly talks.
You talking about in-app ordering for pickup made me laugh! My 9w1 guy WILL NOT order from anywhere anymore unless he can do it online. XD Sorry to hear you got caught in that trap of comparing yourself. I figured you were having too much fun with the van vlog. Take your time, the TH-cam burnout is real!
Sorry to keep adding to my own comments thread, but I forgot to tell you that this story really resonated with my guy. He was going through the same thing 2 years ago when we found your channel. Your channel was the one that helped me the most understand my partner when we were both going through really rough times in our careers. Once we learned that he’s a 9 and I’m an 8, we researched each other’s types really deeply, and it’s helped us be more patient with each other and not push the wrong buttons on accident. Our relationship was never in danger, but we didn’t know it could be so much better, and we wouldn’t be doing this well today without your videos. We do hear you.
It's okay that you're not really funny and don't have hour long videos. You seem to be a genuinely friendly person, which is much more important. Your series is great and engaging. Maybe a mini series about mental health might be a good idea but I'd take that with a pinch of salt because it's just advice on impulse. Just remeber that you do make a difference. Also your dogs adorable and I hope you enjoy the walks and Starbucks. I felt happy for you watching you get your iced coffee!
For a nine, distance does not always mean withdrawal, but rather a realization that a 30,000 foot perspective is needed. The needle in the groove is too busy being pushed around to recognize the music.
Your taking time to rebalance makes me , an INFP 4W5 sp, really feel like you are a real and complex human being. Do what makes you feel healthy and balanced. If you don't mind, what is your MBTI type? I have always wondered. This is unrelated but I have always liked your sense of aesthetics and beauty and the way you make your surroundings so visually beautiful. Have a great day today.
I’m so glad you’re back. I finally got some time to watch this 🥰 I’m glad that you took the time you needed!! It’s so nice to see you excited about videos 🫶🏻 Try not to put too much pressure on yourself 🫂 Also, random question, do you have a podcast? I feel like you’d have an amazing podcast 😂 Your 6w5 INFJ-T friend 💖
Enneagram 9 and burnout 😢 Don’t I know something about that lol I once went to an mma gym everyday I was fired up and I was encouraged to actually compete. The instructors liked me that much, but the burnout hit and I stopped going. It didn’t help that I was also working full time at Amazon, so burnout was prone to happen eventually
@@enneagramandcoaching Thanks, I’m doing well and just know that we all enjoy your content. In due time, it’ll grow even bigger but know that the ones you have now are loyal and supportive of you 🤝

Awww😭 thank you!
🙌🏽I get this, my friend! I'm coming back from a several month break (longer than I thought I would be!). Resting, regrouping, refocusing, all good! Glad to have you back.
Thank you! I am cheering you on too!
😭😭😭 This made my day! Thank you so much for taking the time to encourage me! YOU are amazing! ❤
Missed you and your content, glad you're doing well!
Awww this is so sweet! ❤️
😭❤ Thank you so much for your support and kindness!
@@enneagramandcoaching I'll be sure to let you know! Thanks :-)
Awwww 😭 This is so sweet! Thank you Ginger! Hope you have been doing well ❤
@@enneagramandcoaching you are welcome! I’ve been wanting to get back on your schedule sometime just in case I missed something with my typing. 💕 I wanted to thank you, too, for sharing your beautiful home, neighborhood and your favorite Starbucks!
For what its worth, i've been an enneagram junkie this year, trolling every site, and yours is by far in the top league.
Wow. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️
And i have a 5 wing so i love you will know how many nights ive stayed up to 2 in the morning absorbing it all like a sponge - you way surpass many out there!!
Thanks Margaret! I love what you try and stay consistent with daily. Great ideas!
Thanks.
Awww thank you for sharing this with me ❤️
Loved the vlog style video! Looking forward to more, thank you for what you do!
Yay! Thank you!
I seriously MISSED YOU and your videos. You are one of my FAVORITES.
Wow, thank you!❤❤❤
I'm a type 9 and everything you are sharing makes exact sense to me. ❤️🙌
Thank you for this beautiful comment Lana. It truly blessed me today❤️
Every opportunity I get I want to share life enriching info. I share Your videos! Also one life changing book I highly recommend is “how to be an adult” by David Richo..the title is misleading. I can’t say enough what an important book this is it’s very small but very information dense. I hope someone reading this reads that book. It will change your world ❤️
@@enneagramandcoaching Awe thank you! Good is Full Circle ❤️
Awww thanks Lorrie! You’re the sweetest!❤️
You bring your own unique, beautiful perspective to the table and that is so valuable! No one else can do that but you! Have missed your videos- glad you're back!❤
Awwww this means so much to me ❤️
I’m so happy you came out of your “quiet season” stronger and realizing that the world needs You just how GOD made you!
Thanks for sharing your heart. Can’t wait to see your new content. 💖
Yes! Thank you!❤
You are so wonderful as you are: authentic and help me so much. Be truth to yourself and keep going! Nine LOVE small things: a walk, a coffee, nature, audiobooks...New energy !! You are apreciated and you need to listen It.
Awww thank you 😭❤️
Vulnerable. Honest. Raw. Brave. Two phrases. First from Jamie Lee Curtis, who said 'Compare and Despair'. And the other is from Anon (ie: many!). And it's 'Good enough' Thank you, you're a nice person! :-)
Thank you for this!❤️❤️❤️
Thank you very much.
Yes! This. So good! Thanks for sharing this with us❤️
Ah, it is good to see this even if it is far too late.
I am looking forward to seeing what you do next because you always bring yourself to your efforts _(which is not the same thing I can say about other people out there there in the world)._
And the vlog style rocks! Keep that up too!
*_(looks off camera)_*
See? Was that so surprising? I can actually say nice things to good people who deserve it. I am not as much of a cold hearted tyrant that you--
*_(spots the light above the camera)_*
Is this thing still on?
*_(slams desk)_*
*Why is that thing still on?!* When I find Wing 4, I am going to make him cry so much he'll flood the boiler room again!
This was seriously such a blessing to me! First it was fun to hear from you. Second I really appreciate you how you can alway being a smile to my face and make me laugh. So thank you! Thank you for being you! Hope you Have been well!
@@enneagramandcoaching I have been well, just trying my best to navigate the world and my own life. Ah, the fun!
You make a difference and you matter. Thank you for your wonderful videos, and I know how hard it is to take a moment when you are an awake 9 (I'm a 9 too!). So glad to see you back! Also glad that you took a breather when you needed it, though!
Awwww!!! Thank you for this! So sweet! ❤️
I'm in the UK, and the enneagram is not as talked about as it seems to be in the states, so again great to hear about it more. through your channel. xxx
Awww thank you for this sweet message!❤️
Thanks for sharing Hillary :) Your transparency is so disarming - you are my favorite enneagram channel to watch :)
Wow, thank you!
OMG this video is so inspiring! I am planning on starting my youtube channel doing this very thing! Walking, exercise and talking about mental health issues.
Woot! Woot! Do it!
❤we love you Hillary !!! You are authentic and sooo caring…..hugs sista!!! From type 2 Michigan 🎉😊
Awww thank you!!!!❤️❤️❤️
This made my day. Thank you for you kind encouraging words. Love this!❤️
Wow ! Im in Louisiana and it's very hot and humid .. I dont stay out very long at all .
Very impressed with your stamina

Your videos soothe me and bring me peace. This was such a lovely way to calm down after a long day.
Awwww! Thank you for this ❤️❤️❤️
You’ve helped me with myself and my relationships. I enjoy your enthusiasm and knowledge. Hope you get all the rest and inspiration you need. Thank you for what you do 😍
Wow, thank you ❤❤❤
I’m a 6 by the way. Have a daughter who is a 3 and a son who is a 9. Your teachings have helped me be a better parent plus have more forgiveness for myself.
So happy you are back! 😊
Awww thank you!❤️
Thank you so much for sharing!!
Thank you Christian! I always love hearing from you! Hope you are doing great!
I will look thise up! Thank you! ❤️
Glad you are better and do that :)
Also, I wouldn't say that your channel is boring or too dry or lacks humor. I think it has it's charm. So I get it. I get your feelings and comparisons, but personally, I think it's a good channel. It's probably your 1 wing critic. Looking forward for new content (but only when you feel ready)
Awww thanks for this sweet comment! And I agree my 1 wing has been trying me lately 😂
Hi Bradford! So good to hear from you! I am so sorry for what you have been going through. Sending hugs your way ❤
@@enneagramandcoaching Always appreciated ^^
I think you are so funny! I would love to hang out with you. The way you process information and communicate really resonates with me.
Awwww!!! ❤️❤️❤️
So happy you are back! I love your channel and it's nice to see TH-camrs who share my enneagram type. You are the only one I know of who is a 9. Would love to hear the story about how you used to be a 9w1. Would like to know if you choose to become 9w8 or if it just happens. :)
Now I'm off to go watch the Van video vlog :)
Yes! I will make a a video about my wings! Thanks for watching our Van channel!🥳
Love the transparency ❤️
Thanks for this video. I'm a 9 and I'm definitely in a space currently where I'm just tired of everything because everything has some sort of demand or 'doing' components. Quite frankly, I hate it. Yes, it feels good once things are worked through and completed but I'm not a fan of the human growth process... Just being honest. 1 audiobook that I really like to listen to is The Life of Pi. Glad you're doing better, I do appreciate your videos. They are very helpful
Yeah, walking and listening to a book is great for me too. But as you experienced, the heat is brutal right now. :(
It really is! I am having to go earlier and earlier lol.
Thank you so much for sharing this with us! Is very important to me, just at the moment! Thank you so much 😍😍😍
Glad it was helpful!
Wow, thank you! This means a lot to me! ❤
Good for you!!!!!!!!!!!! 👍☺️💞☀️🥰

Thank you for sharing this. It's so very relatable.
Thanks Jen! You’re always so supportive❤️ and I appreciate it!
I LOVE audiobooks! I am listening to Untamed by Glennon Doyle. It is good! I just thought you were focusing on VanCaskey's, but of course I was missing your enneagram videos and especially our monthly talks.
Hi Anita 👋 I’ll have to look that book up! Thanks! Love our monthly talks ❤️
You talking about in-app ordering for pickup made me laugh! My 9w1 guy WILL NOT order from anywhere anymore unless he can do it online. XD
Sorry to hear you got caught in that trap of comparing yourself. I figured you were having too much fun with the van vlog.
Take your time, the TH-cam burnout is real!
Also, don't know if it's your type of book, but I love Adam Grant's Give and Take on audiobook.
Thanks Francesca, you always share such amazing comments. I’ll look into that audio book! Thanks!
Awww😭❤ This made me so happy. Thank you for your encouragement.
Awwww thank you so much!!!! You are the sweetest! Honestly I don’t remember me MBTI 😂 I need to look it up again.
I’m so glad you’re back. I finally got some time to watch this 🥰 I’m glad that you took the time you needed!! It’s so nice to see you excited about videos 🫶🏻 Try not to put too much pressure on yourself 🫂 Also, random question, do you have a podcast? I feel like you’d have an amazing podcast 😂

Enneagram 9 and burnout
😢 Don’t I know something about that lol
I once went to an mma gym everyday
I was fired up and I was encouraged to actually compete. The instructors liked me that much, but the burnout hit and I stopped going.
It didn’t help that I was also working full time at Amazon, so burnout was prone to happen eventually
Yeah...the burnout is real. Hope you are doing good and have found something you love to do.
