The Hindu should maintain its high standards in video interviews. Although the questions are well-prepared, the overall video quality falls short. The cameraman should guide the interviewers on how to present themselves on camera, ensuring that basic courtesy is observed. Given that these interviews are pre-recorded, there’s ample opportunity for better editing, which, unfortunately, has been lacking. I’ve observed this issue repeatedly, especially in interview videos. The camerawork and editing, overall production have been disappointing.
