Fox 36 lower leg service Fox 36 Rhythem damper oil change Fox grip damper service List of tools you need amzn.to/3VMwCPK 5:29 How to service a Fox Grip damper
The video alongside your narrative is very entertaining! I have a 36 rythem but on KSL Comp for a year. But now I'm thinking should I service it or just get a 38 LOL.
This vid makes me appreciate my Mezzer so much more! foot nuts 4Nm air spring cap - casette tool air spring top cap - casette tool damper - casette tool damper bleed - syringes (no mess) ..
For spring side top nuts I bought $3 sockets from harbor freight and ground off the bevel, they work great. I run a coil fork and actually change my spring based on where I’m riding
It's simpler than it looks, it's a piston and a spring with the spring pushing down on the piston. No more bleedy bladder Okay the valving is a bit more complex than that but it's pretty clever.
Just bought a turbo Levo alloy comp 2024 and it has a 36 rhythm but the lower legs have the bleed ports at the back, rounded arch and pinch bolt on the right lower. Not that’s I’m planning on servicing soon but would this be any different to service?
As long as it is a sweeper lever it’s the same. They may have updated thr chassis. The grip 2 service is the same just don’t pull the needle out of the top cap when bleeding

Cool tip! Using the fox oil top cap to set the dust wipers
I never owned a rhythm and I'll probably never do but I enjoyed seeing the teardown 😊
Man you own some really nice tools, matco soft grip ain't no slouch
Got it, have a mechanic do it.
Any plans to review zeb charger 3.1 damper?

surely do NOT use a metal tube to clean your airspring top tube. for those unsure ones.
Does the fork allow 27.5 wheel sizes?
Great video! Is it okay to use 5wt motorex to a grip2 damper?
Yes it’s the same stuff
@@OtterMTBtech awesome!

I dont know about the servicing question, but that's actually a 36 performance, not a rythem. You have a better fork
@@michaelneef574 it does say rhythm on the fork sticker and has the grip damper

Where do you get replacement crush washers?

I never service my forks or shocks. I just ride regular, not world cup.
