You should consider looking into w-odaka's voice changer. It's free AI software that runs on either your GPU (recommended Nvidia) or CPU if you have a good one, and it uses a voice bank with AI technology to change your own voice into whatever character you want.
Big advantage to that is that you decide the emphasize with your own voice, so sentences come out really natural and convincing.

I checked it out and I felt It doesn't sound as good. Elevenlabs is coming out with a reference audio option, so I'm gonna stick with it for now.
