    Thanks for the video! Have you ever considered trying to cross a Berkshire sow with a Kunekune boar? Seems like if it was successful it would interesting - maybe the offspring will roto-till a little less aggresively, and maybe exist on forage better? I've never really heard of it being done - perhaps there is a reason?

      Thanks for the comment….I have some friends that raise kunes however personally not sure I’m a fan. Also our customers really like the flavor profile and red to dark red pork chops that Berks often produce.

      @@lanceklessigregenerativeag7901 Understood - thanks for your reply. If I can ask - what drawbacks do you personally find with the Kunes? Everone has different thoughts, based on many reasons. I'm new to regenerative agriculture, and was going to try both Berkshires and Kuneskunes over time. I was going to start with the Berkshires first - for the same land regenerative effects you talk about in this video. Not sure which breed I'll stay with for the long term though. You have a great channel here, and I've also learned a lot from the visits and interviews you've done. Thanks again for the great channel - it's much appreciated.
