I had the wonderful opportunity to attend the Himalayan Film Festival in Ladakh recently, a beautiful event where I got to see some excellent films in the midst of breathtaking Ladakhi landscapes. I also got to sit down with director Vikramaditya Motwane where I spoke to him about film festivals, indie filmmaking, his debut film Udaan, shooting on film vs digital, and everything cinema.
