Now that you are running in my neck of the woods I need to be on the lookout for the Trucking Together rigs. Saw Trucking with Schmidt fishing at Devils Lake about a month ago. I'm in Curt's Devils Lake fishing video 15 minutes in. I'm Jon. I think it's 2 years ago now Orwell (84 Peterbuilt cabover) passed me up in eastern PA, Talked to him on the CB. I'm running local in ND now, I was OTR for 27 years. I love the beautiful western scenery and learning from Martin working on the trucks. Love watching your videos. I was watching to see if you went through the MN scales east of Fargo on I94, I avoid them like a plague.
The real deal BBMT next
Plenty of coffee 2 sharpened #2 pencils fresh notebook bluetooth speaker fully charged , im ready
Love you pod cast snap a cow trailer you load and unload when you get there24 7 you just got to understand the 50 or 100 head you load and get them there alive and unstressed by the way what's that thing on the dash you keep looking at to take a brake? Ashes to ashes dust to dust if it wasn't for Bullhaulers the fast lane would rust 49 years no indecents how many millions of miles? 😮I dont don't log it sorry isn't a job its a way of life
One thing with trucking..everyday is a new experience. Keep up the great work.❤
you and schmidt be fighting those big bears lol
Now that’s the right attitude to have bask in the success and let the bad day roll off your back like a drop of water. You guys are running a very classy successful operation. You got Martin the ace mechanic and both professional drivers. Someone is always home with the kids and you don’t live in Cali anymore. That’s 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars guys. It’s funny how some are losing there trucks or have to sell and you guys are doing just fine. Kind of says you guys know what your doing. It’s not how well you do but what you do when everything is ending up in the toilet. You guys came out on top, congrats Trucking Together, a round of applause 👏🏽 to you. Trucking Together for President, lol. Guys thanks for posting. Have a great and a safe day, happy trails to you, going to take a pic, say CHEESE..D.
Good video. Interesting week. Be safe Alice. God bless you all. 🙏🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸
Awesome video Alice you guys are getting good at this! Been following for a few years now.
WOW!! Yet another great video! Please stay safe and healthy and take care of each other. I can't wait to see what Martin gets into
Cool
So which one of you sliced your hand open first you or Schmidt? Lol
probably about same timeline 😂
I watch both of your videos..my favorites. I'm on vacation for 2 weeks and going to be working on my truck so hopefully I don't get tangled up anything and keep my flanges. Lol
Enjoyed the video. Love your drone shots. Have a safe day.😊😊😊😊😊
Alice ❤ Martin your a lucky man....from a old HIGHWAY Man....
Hey all, next time you find yourself running across 94 in ND, that Tower City truckstop you stayed at has a PHENOMENAL restaurant in it. Open from 0600-1300 last time I was out that way
Another great video. Thanks for takin us along. Till next video- stay safe!!!
Good job Alice👍👍👍
Really like your positive attitude, besafe out there😅
Thanks Alice good video. That went really well!
I know I'm bias, but super happy you chose Wisconsin as your home. Lived here all my life.
Shiper receivers need to pay lots to delay truckers if a plumber went there and was told to wate they wood be charged per hour thanks for the video safe travels
Glad u like Wisconsin, I was born & raised in Green Bay. I know u like cars the Iola car show is in Iola wi. Thursday -Saturday largest in the Midwest.
Interesting video, I always enjoyed running the North...in the summer.
@trucking together can you bobtail to Chicago IL and go pickup Kurt Schmidt trucking n grab his trailer with 45,000 LBS of food in it n haul it to Iowa he’s in a hotel in Chicago IL I would really appreciate it if y’all can bobtail grab him n the refer trailer.
Kurt’s videos are a week behind so he’s long outta there. And don’t worry, he knows he can call us if he needs us to help him and we would ;)
Sock Center is how it's pronounced! Sauk Centre! Did you get me smokes in Tower City?
Hi Alice so great to see you finish a trip with a great big cheesy smile cheers from tim in queensland australia ( keep on trucking )
Can’t watch right now but will in an hour!
So i havent been following you guys for a while what is going on last time you were going to have 4 ++++ trucks on the road have you still got them on the go what is the up-to-date story ???
I think you have us confused with someone else, we never had that plan. However we did have 3 running at one point
Sure glad to have you back behind the wheel! Stay safe out there!
Thanks for the great ride Alice enjoy every minute of it
Good job Alice. Professional with capital P.
You sure you and Schmidt didn’t get into a knife fight 🫣😂😎Rickster
What navigation device do you rely on when you get into those city streets, @9:40, just curious how you map and drive?
used CoPilot GPS app for that one to find the truck routing
It's been nice riding with you, Alice!
Good storming afternoon, yall
Hi Alice and Martin
Yea, made it back to Green Bay! 😅 Are you going to Pulaski Polka Days on July 18 - 21? My daughter Cheyenne (you met in Gillett) is moving to Green Bay this week and plans on going with my mom ..
Hey Roger! Haven’t thought that far ahead yet haha, kind of all depends on what we are doing for loads that weekend
@@TruckingTogether ……. Yeah, I can imagine. I really enjoy their parade which will be on that Sunday I think at 11 AM. Being that I live on Wisconsin West Coast, I think I’m going to take Lisa to the 50th anniversary for the cast of the Little House on the Prairie in Walnut Grove, Minnesota that weekend. There is so much to do in Wisconsin summers !!!!
A small dab of silicone sealant on those lug caps will reduce loss
What I don't get is why don't you slide the Trailer front axle back , that must be very hard on your tires , I had one of those for a short time I don't like it .
Spread axel is the way to go! Adjust your driving habits and your fine
It’s a fixed spread we can’t change the spread length between the tires. Tires are just fine that’s why we use dumps on the axles
How do you guys keep your trucks dust-free on the inside
can’t say we do anything special for this - luck maybe?
Keep up the good work miss Alice and Mr. Martin let me know Miss ALiSE when you get your new step step deck for your red Peterbilt high maintenance Norm KOLENDA from Marlette Michigan when I get my pick up and trailer in the way I like it I will send you a picture of my 2015 Duramax diesel pick up with all my lights on it and on my pick up truck and on my car holler OK Miss ALiSE send me a picture of your new step deck when you get it hooked up to high maintenance all right your ride Peterbilt semi truck miss ALiSE❤
l'm guessing MT is checking for smuggling or farm use fuel in your tanks and you may want to check tightness on those lug nuts (pre/post trip). Hope you had your tetanus shot, hydrogen peroxide in your 1st aide kit and see the Dr. about that injury. Keep safe...
Great job 👏 👍
High maintenance pulling that shiny spread axle refer sure looks pretty going down the highway
thnx, had a bad day fixed dinner, watched your video, saw all the chrome and “bam” a huge smile , forgot why i had a bad day, stay safe
Apparently traffic dont properly yield to semis! @6:12!!! Hope that driver is ok with that overturned semi...
I do think it's funny that you are hauling cheese TO Wisconsin. lol!!
You were camped at Tower City Cenex truck stop, I buy fuel there very often and run by there all the time.
Hello, Is it a dump valve on either of those trailer axles ? If I lived there. I would be working where you passed them piles of salt or gravel . That’s where the money is . 💯
You had a good week it was kind of stressful I would love to see you off camera the just to see the Expressions on your face just to see the expression on your face of how mad you really were LOL be safe have a great week off
you may won't to look into getting save a load load locks they are better for the trailer and won't punch holes in the walls or move and they will save your hands
Well i see the poor drone didnt suffer with all that extra weight of dried human. LOL. Nice to see a nice end to the week. Did i see a wire on that inside dual somewhere around the 17 min mark? See you on the next one
Bringing CHEESE back home TO Wisconsin!! LOL that IS special...
94 not 90. Huess its just split the diff????
How are you guys liking the new carrier?
Thank you for the video it was great have good day be safe
you got used the spread very quick huge plus
Better that not yo cheese (nacho) 😂
Next time borrow chrome from the drive wheel. Less noticeable.
Thats what I did for the trip, I mentioned that at the ending on "Beans" after the ending credits
With the split axel. Do you still have to worry about the weight distribution or not as much?
Depends how it’s loaded but usually no. Hard to get it over weight on axles.
Beautiful ending footage.
You and Kurt are doing the same thing cutting you right hands.
I saw that, haven’t had a chance to watch his video yet. I think we are roughly on the same filming schedule though I talked to him the day he had that wreck happen he was talking about a few videos back on my first day out with the beans load
Thanks to you and your channel, and my obsessive / compulsive behavior especially when it comes to music, I have been building the Trucking Together playlist. I am doing in the order of the episodes they first appeared in. I wonder Alice, do you keep a list of all songs you have inserted into your videos?
I used to try and post the songs/artists on descriptions but just don’t have time to do that anymore, often by time video comes out I can’t even recall what I used 😂 glad you like the choices though! Maybe sometime I’ll make a soundtrack list again
Understood
Had to rely on Shazam to get me song titles. If you use Spotify I can share mine with you.
nice Argosy in the parking lot I have one my self
ya thought that was a pretty neat RV hauler
Great video work. The drone footage rocks.
🙌🙌🙌
Not a trucker here.
What are the advantages for split axles versus tandems?
On the closed tandem you are allowed 34,000 lbs on the spread axle you are allowed 40,000 lbs. also depending on the state you are in the closed tandem can only be so far back. Don’t think that applies to the spread axle. Hope that helps
@@darrencatenacci2737 Thanks. It makes sense. Didn’t know there was a higher weigh limit with spread axles.
😁👍💪💪👍🌹🍉🍉🍐🍐🥪🥤
ALWAYZ Gr8 2 check for pieces of broken pallets, wheel chocks & nails @ dock areas jst like Ms Alice mentioned to save damages 2 tires & equipment
Chrome don't get you home
maybe it don’t get YOU home but I don’t have that problem
@@TruckingTogetherand…at apparently a maximum of $1.99 each, a set of four is less than a typical meal out so what’s his problem?
@@JohnHallgren facts. he can’t afford chrome, I mean people who can’t are the ones always saying that anyway lol
Odd and funny how you have a cut from a "bear" in your recent videos and Schmidt has a cut from servicing his lawn mower also on his videos from servicing his lawnmower. 😊
What kind of drone are you using, and how much practice did it take to do it that good.
I only tried it out a couple times before filming for the channel. Main thing is to move the control joysticks very slowly and not use much pressure if that makes any sense. I have the drone we use linked in the amazon shop in the video description, it’s a DJI brand.
Thxs 4 sharing the TRUCKIN 2GETTER CHANNEL with Everyone!!!!!!😎🫡🫱🏻🫲🏾🫶🏾📢📢📢📢📢📢📢📢🇺🇸🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🤗📽📹🎥📸👍🏾🙌🏾✌🏾🫠
