Apologies for the rendering issue that occured around the two minute mark, been dealing with some Final Cut Pro issues of late with the importing of new footage but trying to work out a fix why importing and exporting keeps failing!
The A380 remains my favourite plane to fly on. I just flew on an A350 1000 for the first time, and I have to say it was a disappointing experience. The seats were smaller than on the A380, and despite the A350 being quiet on the outside, the cabin seemed noisy, with an unpleasant smell to the air conditioning too.
Vietnam Airlines will probably choose Airbus a320neo series. It makes little sense to choose the MAX. The MAX and its public perception have a lot going against it. The airline already flies the CEO anyways. P.S. I’m both a fan of Boeing & Airbus (it’s possible). Thanks so much for doing what you do DJ! You are a part of my morning coffee routine.
the max doesnt have a lot going against it.but daily mail does. and yes, being a airbus and a boeing fan is possible, and i was one.note 'was'.now i am pure boeing fan.
So Vietnam Airlines, isn't actually making the order, but thinking about it. Also you are using "Our Industry" you are a journalist, most people watching your channel are enthusiasts, so the industry or avaition industry would be a more accurate statement.

As an aviation enthusiast, it is indeed pleasing to see Lufthansa recommit to the European-made 'King of the Skies' Airbus A380!
Spirit is coming up just wait!
Congrats to Icelandic Airlines, good strategy going to Instanbul. As for the rest, very ambitious plans. 👏👍💪✈️🥂🍾
Thanks Dj!!

Haha the time difference is so huge, I live in Sweden and I watch djs aviation every day when I get home from school 😅
@ I live in Montana, USA & DJ’s aviation is posted at 7am every morning, midnight DJ’s time.

@@AbdullahNajib-b9zand don’t we know it
What about other companies other than airbus and Boeing ?
If Vietnam Airlines decide on the 737 max...retraining of pilots from side stick to yokes very costly
True
But it is very unlikely that they will order the MAX
They will have to arrange new type rating programme for this airlines' pilot to make them familiar with 737 max.
@@pramitghosh6234 VN 787 pilots?
They have a 787-9 and -10 fleets
Again no word about Spirit under Chapter 11 😢 Why isn’t that worth mentioning? You really don’t see it as aviation news? 😮😮😮😮
Do you not listen to him in any of his videos? He said he bulk records these videos, so they will be delayed by a couple of days.

So many P's is a thumbs downs, sorry!

I thought DJ was / is an enthusiastic journalist who changes his perspective depending upon which article he is publishing.😊
Vietnam should choose Airbus A321XLR, anything else would make no sense.
That makes no sense!
