In this video i have discussed Pros and Cons about the Peltier Module. I have done some experiments with Peltier Module to show you guys whether it is useful for the DIY projects or not. I hope you get to learn something from this video.

Ye wala heat sink bilkul bekar hai mai bhi lia tha. Acchi cooling k liye maine CPU cooler liye to kucchh accha result aya. Vaise TH-cam me isse ac bnate hai sab ullu bnate hai sale. Ye peltier projects ke chakkar me mere 10000 rupye kharch ho gye

It is actually a bit helpful if we use it to make cooler as we know there is a water pump in a cooler that can give cold water flow to a water cooled heat sink attached to the heated sound of peltier that can give drastic results

I tested it out...nd yes it perform very good but use 3A peltier module it will give you -3° in just 60sec

If u use it with good quality heat sink like a double tower cpu cooler you will get better result. And by the looks u haven’t got good quality Peltier I have 4 peltiers
If I put in normal cold fridge water it forms ice in literally 30-40 seconds !
I have also used water block and run a loop of pipe into a bucket to cool the hot side and the cold side reaches -6

Can’t be used to make ac !
You can add 8 peltiers on water block use piping and radiator to throw heat out of room and keep cold side inside room ! Which will eventually cool the room
However key points
1 - it will take way too long
2 - energy efficiency is not too good
You can make a mini ac with mini dc diaphragm air pump and that would make more sense
Peltiers are good for cooling circuits or mini fridges or some small DIY or science projects !

Research more on peltier modules
Higher ampere doesn't mean its efficient in cooling
The model which you are operating with needs active cooling on the hot side such as a bigger heat sink with higher RPM and cfm fan or liquid based cooling...
There are less ampere/power consuming modules which will give efficient cooling under standard heatsinks and fan...

When we use cpu fan to cool the heat sink, do we need to blow outside air into the heat sink or do we need to suck the air from the heat sink? Which will give good result pls clarify

Blow air to heat shink. We have to cool the heat shink for better temperature output
