How have I not heard of this band? Amazing!
I picked up on Midnight after a long arduous journey into early black and speed metal. When lemmy died, and thus motorhead with it, I felt lost somewhat with what music I could add to compliment such a taste. I found venom and Pentagram, who I both like, but then I found these guys one late night and have been a fan ever since. Lyrically different from what I'm used to but damn I dig it, and with a three piece, hell yes.
I can hear motorhead influences in the muscial side of things and I love that. Thanks Athenar, you filled a large hole in my musical life after Lemmy died.

Instant coke bottle Lp purchased ... deffinately seeing some growth on this one. Sounds alot more like a band as opposed to the thinner one man band sound. Which was super great I am for sure not dogging it. Just had to bring up as a referance to his musical writting growth. Cool stories as usual as well. And last but not least especially like in that Sodomy song. Alot more raw and can tell his voice is so much stronger now and more dynamic! By that song I had already bought the albumn. Like them cords at the end too!! lml

Im a little disappointed in this album, mostly because i was expecting/hoping for more speed like Hellripper.

This is actually a really oldchool sound how about you learn about music befor you claim what sucks and what doesnt. Its not what you like, cool its not my favorite either but the style they were going for they captured quite well.
This isn't really an example of a modern metal sound though, this style is more in line with a classic metal sound that has existed since the early 80's. So when you say metal sucks anymore I'm wondering what metal in the past you could be thinking of that is apparently better.
