This is the most cheerful youtube educational channel. Sanchit sir himself is such an enthusiastic teacher. His passion for teaching is visible clearly.
It amazes me how many english speakers in the comments are able to understand him seamlessly. I think I'd feel he was as helpful to me as he is to everyone else if I could actually understand him.
Hello sir , I am from Nepal . During my class I was unable to concentrate on these topic and after watching this i am able to know about all this ..Thank you sir, thank you very much 😊😊
Your video is really very helpful for us because of your content delivery style and teaching we are getting each and every topic of such type of theoretical paper...Thank you and ton of thank you sir...
Out of context , but a thought which I want to say, 1. Why a concept has to be learned. 2. Right in the start, a brief overview of what has to be done and interdependencies b/w them. I think these two things should implemented in our education system. It will make things interesting , which otherwise is a burden. Whole feels like rattafication. The concept "processing speed" over "storage" . This is my personal favourite reason to learn from sanchit sir and I am thankful to him for that.
Sir, You are very passionate about teaching. I have attended made easy classes and ravindrababu ravula classes for gate. But your explanation way of the topic is best.

But sir we don't have to update data by going on each row ...we simply need to write update command (i.e. update hod_name= "abc" where hod_name="xyz"; ) and the data will automatically update.........then how updation anomaly is causing problem?

I Am not able to understand Update Anomaly.Because if HOD_Name is changing of CS branch then i can write query to change HOD_Name of Branch_Name like "Update Table_Name set HOD_Name = 'ABC' Where Branch_Name = 'CS' "

@sanchit sir I have a doubt in instertion deletion anomalies. In insertion anomaly we know our table has branch field ,branch code field, and hod field if we even don't have a student in any branch we can easily add the new admitted student in table regardless of whether any student is already present in the database Or not. Then why you are saying that we cannot add a new student in the db table when there is no student of any branch already enrolled over there??
Why can't we write the following query to insert a record in student_info table for civil branch? Insert into student_info values(7, 'abc',18,107,'civil', 'jsllwl');
well we can write ,but the point is that suppose we only want to add branch to our college .in that case we need a student to mention it other wise our primary key would have a null value i.e unacceptable
If the data is stored redundantly in the same table, and the person misses any of them, then there will be multiple titles associated with that candidate key

wow sir too good
Hello sir,
I can't understand how redundancy create insertion and deletion anomalies?
Please clear my doubt...
Thank you so much
If the data is stored redundantly in the same table, and the person misses any of them, then there will be multiple titles associated with that candidate key
The disadvantage of slowness that you mentioned in the video doesnt looks to be correct. Because Denormalization is done for faster retreival.
Hello sir You are great !!!
Please sir recommend me any good book for DBMS and Operating System
with author name please
Thanx a lot sir....
Very nice
What is the difference between redundancy and duplicacy in dbms??
duplicacy may be wanted or unwanted but redundancy is always unwanted
Epic!
