Trick I seen last week for applying edge coats, use a dried up marker same color as your edge coat. Simply put some edge coat into the bottle lid, an dip the marker tip into it then you can easily apply the edge on your crafts easier with less the chance getting it to run down the face or back. Just don't soak tip in an hold it there. Less is more, if you are not steady an careful you could make a mess but this way it easiest way I've found so far.
Equal parts disturbed and delighted to see you cutting leather with a band saw. Nice holster! And it looks like the cats were hard at work, um, inspecting everything.
I have such a mixture of emotions watching this video. Nice work. Very sharp edge off the band saw.. But like... jfc.. cutting leather on a band saw? Tools that are clearly dirty and possibly greasy and used for things that are NOT leather.. yikes.. But still.. Nice finished product. What a ride. A side note.. For my tool holsters like this, i like to have an opening on the bottom so you can also push from below to help release the tool, but that's just my preference!

Thank you for the basic leather working training. This is what got me started in a really fun way to do things
