    Hi Dave, thanks for all your vids! Can you please further explain the movement of the flyer from Straddle Bat to Reverse Bird, where she 'whips' out through the legs? I'm a beginner, and I'm unable to come out on my own -- I need to be pushed out by the base into reverse bird. Is it difficult to whip out unless the flyer's legs are together, like you demonstrate here? Thanks!
