Gives the best glow! 👏👏👏
Omg thank you❤
I'm surprised that no one pointed out the "for free" that depended on products. No matter how cheap it's still got a cost.
PLEASE only mention copious amounts of water if you get the proper salt ratio in. You do NOT want to self induce a seizure.
It’s not hard. Your body’s electrolytes can easily get out of whack and cause strain on your kidneys and bladder. Suggesting people consume this much water is irresponsible. Especially for the followers that are especially young and naive. @@jakecharles7511
@jakecharles7511 If you pee clear, you are overhydrated and should drink less.
Peace and love from someone who knows we have thirst signals for a reason.
Most people eat too much salt, do NOT drink enough water and are NO where near the point of dangerous overhydration
Too much of anything, including water, can be bad but you are doing a bit of fear mongering here tbh.
@@jakecharles7511💯
Thanks a lot. Its easy and for free
Thank you for the cuteness.
Water/camels so rule.
There's a lot of hate in the comments . I am glad i decided to try it before reading them. It works. Thank you ❤
P.s i am 32 and I am overweight. This massage worked for ny face
round face for me is more beautiful and feminine ♥but you slay anyway
What if it's a man with round face? 😶 I understand it looks good on women, but how 'bout men?
Round faces can be good looking too! Added benefit is keeping your youthful looks longer! @@Humble_Dude
Respect and subbed

Day 1: did the exercise and went to bed
Day 2: felt sort of less fat on my upper cheek

Day 4: face seems less puffy imo
Day 5: face felt great at end, my cheeks are not super puffy
Day 6: only did once but still good
Day 7: cycle complete and my face shape is way better now, still doing it tho
Lol lymphatic drainage
Palcebo effect.
Bullshit.. only whole body workout can reduce your face fats
I have used massage many years ago so I know it works. To the point video no time waste. Good job👏👏
Wheres your tank top from? Its so cute
This is pseudoscience
Seriously so many people in the comments take it like 100% effective. It's just an overall weight loss..
@@Ethian315total bullshit.. most people are teenager ig
She didn't changed her face shape your bone structure can't change without surgery or fillers she just lost face fat and cheeks fat
Yeeah true.. Nd sometimes everyone face change little bit as they getting old or growing frm childhood to adulthood! But it's all natural, you just know about hairstyle. Not like how to change bone structure! You can't chng it.
The massaging activates muscles. The muscles play an important part in how your face looks.
@@rustinstardust2094 Try to massage only one quadriceps (no exercise, just massaging) and after a month tell me how the muscle fibers have changed. Are they more toned, atrophy, hypertrophy?
Massage actives blood circulation and, if done correctly, lymphatic drainage.
Gonna try this from today onwards
Remind me for updates❤
Can’t take this type of advice from a kid. They’re constantly changing
So my daughter is 14 and that means if she grows older she'll loose it right? Cause she really insecure 🙏
Most likely, I’m 14 right now and I’m loosing it
She is just 14, girls face changes until in every phase of their life due to harmonal changes. Once she is 18+ her face will slim down natutally, also her whole body.... Just ask her to keep insecurities aside and eat well
Even if she doesn’t make sure she feels happy and comfortable with how she looks now she’s beautiful either way.
This girl is really beautiful
Good stuff 👍
Awe you're so beautiful either way sweetheart thank you for the tips ❤
Thank you darling ❤
Thank you. I'm going to try it. Even though I'm very old😅😅😅
Love the challenges that mentions numbers and time❤ will definitely try
It sounds like you just stayed hydrated and gave yourself a lymphatic massage
Yes I also do the same. It actually works.
why did you look so much like the actress who play Anne Boleyn!!! you are so pretty both ways!!!
You're really cute with the chubby cheeks!
I did this and it really works❤
Thank you
