Ingredients: -
8 Thick Slices Wholemeal Bread (you can use alternatives like white bread)
500ml Boiling Water
50g Light Brown Sugar
100ml Semi-Skimmed Milk (you can use alternatives)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
100g Self Raising Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
50g Oat Bran
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
1 Teaspoon Ginger Powder
½ Teaspoon Nutmeg
½ Teaspoon Mixed Spice
1 Teaspoon Orange Extract
2 Tablespoon Baileys
2 tablespoon Raisins (Soaked in Alcohol - Optional)
2 Tablespoon Margarine
2 Large Eggs
Bake in Fan Oven on 160C for 70 Minutes.
