Being asked to remove/hide a few of Chinese travelers’ images from the tape has been changed to the filming not allowed, to the freedom of speech not allowed, to the democracy being affected. I am not saying the group of Chinese travelers was not ignorant, yes, they were. But the argument if the privacy is protected in public places to some extent and if publishers and media has some obligations on it, has been stretched to politics of “freedom of speech” and democracy, has finally led to personal attacks on Chinese leader Xi. On Chinese websites, majority Chinese do not agree with the group of Chinese travelers involved and think they were rude. But in the west, everything is politicized, enjoy it if people do not feel the toxic atmosphere. I hope China and its leader Xi will not respond to this attack. And let these political shows and personal attacks continue to its fullest scale.

1) to teach us how to speak in a calm behaviour using respectful tone of voice even during stressful situations;
2) to teach us how to protect ourselves from being framed by others for touching them by keeping a physical distance;
3) to teach us NOT to agree to someone who doesn’t know the correct law no matter who they are including a police, news reporter, lawyer, politician etc;
4) to teach us the importance of asking the public for help and more powerful people to protect yourself;
5) to teach us it is being brave to ask for help and very cleaver to ask for the right help;
6) to teach us all that each of us can help protect our rights and freedom if we speak up and gather together and spread news like this and videos like this;
7) to teach us all it is not cool to be a bully and to shout at people in public;
8) to teach us how some people can take clips of video and manipulate it to tell a different story and lie to others;
9) to teach us the importance of live broadcast of a case for the world to see so there is no editing or cutting out in anyway to mislead anyone;
10) to teach us the importance of learning the culture and the law of where you are before you make a fool out of yourself or get yourself in big trouble;
11) to teach us the importance of planning things out and how to get your spot to play and film in a public space in the UK properly.
Please add more to this list for teachers and schools to note what lessons can be learned from Dr. K’s incident. Thank you very much to those that will educate more people in our society with better values to make our world a happier place! ❤❤❤
