    Ingredients:
    3 Quinces
    1 Lemon
    5 Pears
5 Mandarins (200 ml juice and zest)
    150 gr Butter
    230 gr Sugar
    240 ml dry white wine
    150 gr Flour
120 gr Halva (seeds paste with sugar)
    Sour cream
    Recipe:
At the beginning let's wash 3 quinces, cut it in half, then into quarters, remove the cores, and cut the slices in half again. We take half a lemon and pour its juice on the quince. Peel 5 small pears, cut in half, remove seeds and pour over the juice of the second half of the lemon. Then peel 5 tangerines and cut off the white part from the zest as much as possible. The most important thing here is that your knife should be sharp! Squeeze out the juice from the tangerines, we need to get 200 ml.
You can put the pears in a baking dish, put a frying pan on the fire, melt the butter and lightly cook the quince and tangerine zest. Add sugar. Then mandarin juice. Dry white wine. Let it simmer for 20-30 minutes and transfer the quince with zest and the resulting syrup to the baking dish with pears. Put the dish in the oven preheated to 180°C and bake until the quince becomes soft and caramelized. In the meantime, take 150 grams of flour, 80 grams of sugar, 120 grams of crushed halva, stir well. Add 100 g of cold butter, cut into cubes and grind the dough to the consistency of wet sand. We take out the baked fruit and crumble the resulting dough on top. Put back in the oven until the dough is baked.
The quince crumble is ready! It can be served with sour cream or yogurt. It is better to wait until the cake has cooled down and absorbed some of the juice, If you can resist its alluring aroma of course. I couldn't... I hope you enjoy this autumn dessert, don't forget to like the video. Until next time, bye-bye!
