This is SO CUTE! I’m 20 next week and I grew up on this game, straight from its release. Hearing about little kids being able to enjoy the magic of Wii Mario over a decade after it was released is so heartwarming. She might like watching playthroughs of Mario Galaxy, too! That was my favourite game as a child, and I still play it now! She might like the colours and the space theme!
It's quite cool that you are getting some of the Star Coins the unintended way, but it just shows that you put your creativity to the test. Also, the Bowser Jr. fight in this world is the most fun Also, don't be afraid to use your Backup Items that you get from Toad Houses & Enemy Ambushes with the 1 Button.
Are you playing a different version of the game? I feel some things are off like the sprites for the crying toad and and mario’s life cout. And is it just me or there actually were spikeballs on the platform BEFORE the checkpoint in the castle? cause it doesnt feel right and they are kinda glitchy 57:57
There might be a way to get infinite lives and mushrooms in this world. Just fight the bullet bills which spawn infinitely, and if you get all the toad icons with at least 8 bullet bills on screen, then you would get one ups with the three mushrooms for this round, and just repeat the process with the rest of the bullet bills.
Hey @ZXMany maybe you could try in the next episode, to hit the flagpole at the end of a level when the Timer says either X00, X11 or X22 for a 1-Up Toad-House at the Red Arrow Marker on the World Map, or if you need a Powerup, the Timer has to be X33, X44, X55, X66, X77 or X88, yet for a Golden Star-House you need the Timer at X99 (just exchange the X with the first digit of your Timer (e.g. X22 could be 022 or 122 or any other)) Also you get up to 9 Fireworks upon finishing the Level IF the last two digits match one of the mentioned combinations above... This is not only possible in Multiplayer but also in Singleplayer, despite Mariowiki stating that it would only be possible in Multiplayer...

A tip for the hard star coin in the cave: you could use the Ice Flower and freeze the Piranha Plant, and use it as a platform to reach the coin
