      I do a circuit room set that consists of ten weight machines and a set of steps in-between each machine. With one minute on each and 30 seconds rest, it is a workout that will make you sweat like a pig in under 30 minutes. 👍

      I'd like to see more standing only workouts for those of us who struggle with getting down on the floor for various reasons.

    Mo, a killer coach online. Every word of his motivation got me going. I was struggling and he said ‘he could see me struggling!!’. Top stuff Mo!!

    Great, I very much appreciate the accessibility of no-equipment workouts! I would also love to see another detailed running drill instruction video, especially one with some more slow-mo shots. Bonus points if it featured Kate again, since we have not seen her for a while and I miss her perspective as a parent and slightly older runner.

    Amazing stuff! All your vids are so well done and very helpful. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. Have you ever used any of these custom meal plan tools? I got one from Next Level Diet to help me add some muscle and I actually like their plans. Was just wondering if you've heard of or tried any of them yourself. Thank you!

    Wow Im surprised this was a bit harder than I thought. Definitely shows I need to work on my core. Great workout for people like me who don’t workout at all apart from running.

    Thank you, Everyone is missing on Core Power!!!!!!!! Yes we talk about the Core Exercise BUT not how to use it when running!!!!!!!!!!!
    When you don't use your Core power, you are just SWINGING your arms, hips and legs in the air!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    In Kickboxing, all the punches and Knee Kicks are powered by Core muscles, so much power added by core!!!! In running we have to harness the core power!!!!!
    I used to concentrate on each induvial movement of my arms, hips and legs, now ,I don't, I just concentrate on my Core movement, your core synchronize the upper and lower body movement.
    I use my core power to run and not my legs , you swing your legs and arms, they are powered by Cores.
    Imagine a spring Rod, try to fold and let go!!! The ends are your legs and arms, middle where all the power is , is the core!!!

    Please do some workouts for people who suffer from joint hyoermobility syndrome. It is quite hard to find specific workouts for those of us who have hypermobility and want to run. Also, I am always, always running with pain. So what are the limits? How much is too much. Also to clarify, I am not referring to Ehler Danlos Syndrome. Just joint hypermobility syndrome. Please consider doing some videos about this and running. Thanks.

    Quick question!! So when I do hollow holds my mid back starts to arch and I start to slide, what am I doing wrong and how can I fix that. Also love your vids, I can feel the abs coming 😂

      Mo said in the video 3 times a week when you start then work your way up to 5 as you improve
