I am really impressed with everything that had to be fabricated. In this age of 3-D printing, it is refreshing to see someone do it the old fashioned way.
Thanks so much. Yeah, I really find that the fun of it for me is trying to find solutions for these dozens of little challenges within a build; the most satisfying is when I can take a little piece of trash or refuse and upcycle it into part of a collectible. So to me, 3D printing is just kind of automating the fun part, haha.
Thank you! I’m going to look up your go kart! That sounds awesome. I made a KITT on here as well in a similar fashion to this van! One of the hardest builds I’ve done but it was worth it!
Super glue and Testors plastic cement are your best friend when it comes to styrene work, from what I learned with the Civic build. Use small dabs of the super glue to tack in place, and Testors or even Tamiya plastic cement to basically weld and bond the styrene together for a strong sound structure. Great overall build as always brother. Keep it up.
Thanks so much! I know that most people skip all of the work just to see where it ends up, so I really appreciate you saying that. Makes all the work of recording and editing feel worthwhile! 🙏🏼🙌🏼
My God saw this video and as usual stunning work loved how you engineered the back suspension, can't wait for The second part and The paint work, keep it up Man you are The greatest!!!
I know how to make them but the setup of this RC shell doesn't allow for it, unfortunately. The pillars are too small, and as I mentioned in the video, the front windows are a separate piece.
@@abdaponte49 not sure yet. I was hoping to have it done by now but we got hit with a bad winter storm and I couldn’t work on it due to a power outage and other factors. Hopefully in the next two weeks sometime.
I will postpone my wedding to see pt 2
Lemme know the date and I can try to make sure to post it before or after you're married 😂
i've been loving watching this ninja turtles build!
Thank you, bro!!

Thank you, bro! Yeah I use Bob Smith Industries CA glue, and it's really great. Bonds quickly and holds strong. I'll look into the plastic cement!
@@Ibrahim_M hobby lobby usually carries it. Make sure to get the brush on "liquid cement"
