Dr. Winner, thank you for your very interesting and valuable research. I live in Korea, where there is a high level of academic enthusiasm, and I have a PhD in art therapy. I am currently working as an art therapist and I get asked a lot about the things you mentioned. I will have to look for your paper and read it. Thanks for the video.
I’m curious what type of design you do. I went to school for architecture and also studied at the Bauhaus. It was there that I correlated the arts; architecture with psychology, but nothing formal. Since then I’ve always wanted to learn and explore more about these two topics..
Thank you for your video. I teach children and adults to draw using a system that allows them to observe, self evaluate and reflect on their actions. As an artist and working in education, I also believe that these skills you have talked about are transferable to other areas and subjects within the education system. I often see students expressing their skills learned in their other classes.

Thank you for your important work, Ellen Winner. As a designer, I am a hyper visual thinker and doer. And of course learner!

Don't you hate it when "facts" get in the way of status quo?
