Makes sense to me! In a normal relationship, I wouldn't want to feel anxious/nervous (heightened excitement) all the time; I'd want to feel at ease, peaceful, loved. Once I stopped feeling so anxious about SP and relaxed into the natural end, 3D shifted.
I am having inner conversation with my sp as if i am in relationship with her when i wake up i visualize a text or hear gm from my sp while having fun i click pic from my mobile later i imagin as of i am sending it to my sp i save some reels and imagine sharing it to my sp she reacting to it when i miss my sp i here her voice in my mind my sp saying how much they miss me is this act which i am performing is daydreaming or am i living in the state of wish fullfilledfullfilled making it feel natural to me

I just have a doubt , I have been practicing it since 6 weeks now I got that feeling of naturalness but then out of nowhere reality just hit me sometimes and it made me feel like omg I need to get back to my new story ... But sometimes out of nowhere old story gets in mind and it hurts ... What to do ?
It's quite common to have moments where your old story or current reality intrudes on the new story you're creating through your manifestation practice. The key is to learn how to manage these moments without letting them derail your progress. Here are some strategies to help you navigate this: Acknowledge and Release: When thoughts of the old story come up, acknowledge them without judgment. Understand that these thoughts are a natural part of your mind's process. Gently remind yourself that these are just thoughts and not indicative of your future or your new reality. Reaffirm Your New Story: Once you've acknowledged the old thoughts, consciously redirect your focus to your new story. Reaffirm your intentions and the new reality you are creating. Use affirmations or visualization to strengthen this new narrative. Mindfulness and Presence: Practice mindfulness to stay present. This can help reduce the impact of past or future-focused thoughts. Techniques like deep breathing, meditation, or focusing on your senses can bring you back to the present moment. Emotional Processing: If the old thoughts are emotionally charged, it might be a sign that there are emotions you need to process. Journaling, talking to a friend, or even seeking professional help can provide an outlet for these emotions. Consistency in Practice: Continue with your manifestation practices such as affirmations, visualizations, or scripting. The more consistently you practice, the more ingrained your new story will become. Understand the Process: Recognize that transformation and changing deeply ingrained beliefs or narratives is a process. It's natural to have moments of doubt or to revert to old patterns of thinking. Cultivate Patience and Compassion: Be patient with yourself and practice self-compassion. Changing your mindset and inner narratives is a significant undertaking, and it's important to be kind to yourself throughout the process. Focus on Progress: Instead of focusing on moments of doubt, celebrate your progress. Acknowledge the times when you successfully stay in your new story and feel the naturalness of it. Limit Triggers: If certain situations, environments, or people trigger your old story, try to limit your exposure to these triggers, especially as you're solidifying your new mindset. Stay Grounded: Ensure that you're also grounded in the practical aspects of your life. While working on manifesting your new reality, also engage in activities that keep you connected to the present and bring you joy. Remember, it's normal for the old story to resurface occasionally. The goal isn't to never have these thoughts but to manage them effectively when they do arise. With practice and perseverance, your new story will become more dominant in your mind.
I just wanted to say thank you for your comment. This has been happening a lot less with me but it used to feel so bad for years and sleeping was hard too! However, watching videos like these remind me how the law works. We are talking about a law that is stronger than anything and now we are learning to use it consciously. I also use a lot of revision. I ground and breathe like the author suggested and tell myself “actually this has always been perfect, and this never happened”. Where now I affirm that everything has always been the way I wanted so that this is the reality I will experience in my 3D since I experience it in imagination. By revising, it keeps me calm and at ease knowing there’s nothing to change because everything is amazing. I loop this to myself and have started to enjoy the feeling. ❤
Nothing !! It's alright and natural.. just talk to yourself like a friend and say that aaah !! Your old mind is just trying to pull u back . Doesn't matter ..it is not spoiling anything !!! ❤❤❤

Feeling natural about being married to your specific person (SP) is an important aspect of manifesting this reality. The key is to align your emotional and mental state with the experience of already being married to them. Here are some steps and tips to help you cultivate this feeling: Visualization: Regularly visualize scenes that imply you are already married to your SP. Imagine everyday scenarios like having breakfast together, doing household chores, or simply enjoying each other's company. The more detailed and regular these visualizations, the more natural they will start to feel. Live in the End: Practice Neville Goddard’s concept of “living in the end.” This means you act, feel, and think as if you are already married to your SP. For example, when making decisions, consider how you would do it if you were already married. Emotional Alignment: Work on aligning your emotions with the feeling of being married. How would being married to your SP make you feel? Loved, secure, happy? Cultivate these feelings in your day-to-day life. Affirmations: Create affirmations that reinforce your married state. For instance, “I am happily married to [SP’s name],” or “I am grateful for my loving and fulfilling marriage with [SP’s name].” Repeat these affirmations daily to reinforce the belief. Let Go of Doubt: When doubts or fears about the relationship come up, acknowledge them but then let them go. Replace doubtful thoughts with your affirmations or visualizations. Practice Gratitude: Be grateful for the relationship you have with your SP now, even if you are not yet married. Gratitude can elevate your mood and align you with the feelings of love and abundance. Mental Conversations: Engage in mental conversations with your SP as if you are already married. This helps in solidifying the reality in your mind. Patience and Trust: Trust the process and be patient. Manifesting a marriage is a significant life event, and it can take time for it to unfold in reality. Act As If: In your daily life, start making small decisions and changes that align with your married life. This doesn’t mean overstepping current boundaries in your actual relationship, but rather subtly aligning your lifestyle and mindset. Journaling: Writing about your life as if you are already married to your SP can be a powerful tool. This not only helps in visualization but also in making the idea feel more real and concrete. Remember, the goal is not to force the manifestation but to align with it so naturally that it feels inevitable. This process is as much about internal transformation as it is about external change. As you work on feeling natural about being married to your SP, it's also important to focus on your own personal growth and happiness.
Hey, this is a wonderful exercise. I wanted to understand if we can tell a new story about them to change hiw they show up for js or do we have to stick to the old stories and behaviour? Thanks in advance.
Living in the end, a concept in manifestation where you embody the feeling and state of your desire as already fulfilled, can be challenging for several reasons. Understanding these challenges can help you adjust your approach and make it more effective. Here are some common reasons why you might find it difficult to live in the end: Contrast with Current Reality: One of the main challenges is the contrast between your current reality and your desired state. If there's a significant gap between the two, your mind might struggle to accept the desired state as real. Subconscious Beliefs: Deep-seated subconscious beliefs and patterns can conflict with the state of living in the end. For example, if you're trying to manifest wealth but have ingrained beliefs that money is hard to come by, these beliefs can create resistance. Lack of Specificity: Sometimes, not being clear enough about what 'the end' looks like can make it difficult to embody that state. It’s important to have a clear and detailed understanding of what you're trying to manifest. Overattachment to Outcome: Being overly attached to the outcome or being anxious about when and how it will manifest can create tension and hinder the process of living in the end. Inconsistent Practice: Like any skill, living in the end requires consistent practice. Inconsistency can make it difficult to maintain the necessary state of mind. Emotional Blocks: Unresolved emotional issues related to your desire can also create barriers. For instance, if you are trying to manifest a relationship but have unresolved fears or past hurts around intimacy, these can impede your ability to live in the end. Lack of Understanding: A misunderstanding of what it means to live in the end can lead to challenges. It's not just about wishful thinking; it involves a profound emotional and mental shift. To improve your ability to live in the end, consider these strategies: Work on Subconscious Beliefs: Use tools like affirmations, journaling, or therapy to address and reprogram any limiting beliefs. Visualization and Emotional Engagement: Regularly visualize your desired state and engage emotionally with this vision. Practice Mindfulness: Mindfulness helps in staying present and aware of your thoughts, making it easier to align them with your desired state. Detach from the Outcome: Focus on the process and the feeling of your wish fulfilled, rather than being fixated on the outcome. Consistency: Consistently practice the mindset of living in the end. The more you practice, the more natural it will become. Address Emotional Blocks: If there are emotional barriers related to your desire, work through these either on your own or with the help of a professional. Remember, the concept of living in the end is a powerful tool in manifestation, but it requires practice, patience, and often a deeper understanding of yourself and your desires.
