Come and walk with me in Kapok Park. Nestled by the bay just south of Safety Harbor. This park offers pristine grounds, paved walking paths, with majestic oaks, “forests” along each side of the grassy fields, Alligator River is teaming with all kinds of wildlife, including Alligators, Moorhens, Limpkins, Egrets, Herons, turtles, and much more. Boardwalk trails through “wetlands” filled with Cypress Trees, and other tropical life. It is truly a serene and peaceful escape from the city. Just a naturally beautiful park.
