Here are some faster strats I found not very long after uploading this:
• H:BM - 4 Faster Sniper...
In preparation for HITMAN 3 I decided to run Blood Money Sniper Only on Pro with all SA ratings. Yes this is segmented because HBM has so much RNG that I'd rather eat my own shit for 30 minutes than do a live speedrun of this game.
Also Requiem is not included because there's no way to use snipers on that level. This isn't a live speedrun so I didn't feel the need to include it. - เกม

Q "How is no one reacting to you just carrying the sniper around in your hand?"
A 'Holding the detonator in the main hand for whatever reason makes off-hand weapons invisible to NPC's (It's not cheats, lol)'
Q "How are you getting SA on some missions where you're getting spotted and shot at?"
A 'Blood Money's rating system works a lot different from newer Hitman games. Any kind of suspicious activity can get you shot at. This can be something as little as just standing in a spot guards don't want you standing. As long as no one sees you doing anything actually illegal, your rating won't be affected. Getting shot at isn't illegal.'
Q "How are you skipping the unpacking animation for the sniper sometimes?"
A 'This happens when you unpack the sniper on a slope. Some bits of terrain are a bit wonky but stairs are very consistent. Alternatively you can skip the last 1 second of the unpacking animation if you crouch while using the weapon wheel to unpack the sniper. You can see me do it at 27:30'

Loved blood money and silent assassin. I remember spending a lot of time on contracts tho. At the beginning of hitman 2016 you see a lot of his old contracts in the flash forward to present day scene after the tutorial level. So wish they would redo those games with the new hitman world of assassination engine
I love the darkness & coldness of 47 in contracts now they made him a littlebit emotional & stuff meh not into it much hope they bring that ambient from contracts again that was the real 47 even better than BM in terms of atmosphere

I had only dabbled in the older titles, but only got very into Hitman with the WoA trilogy. I had wondered if "Sniper Assassin" was doable in the older ones, great strategies and execution here.

BM was last hitman game i played (first 3 also: cn47-h2sa-contracts) but it seems BM has the most fun and different ways to complete missions

solid runs. i haven’t gotten around to playing the older games yet (started on 2016) but this gives me confidence they’ll still be fun to mess around with. doesn’t seem _as_ wonky as i’ve led myself to believe.

How can you carry the gun in front of everyone and not blow your cover?
Holding the detonator with the sniper in the passive hand for whatever reason hides the sniper from other NPCs.

What are the official rules of engagement of 'Sniper Only' run? I couldn't find them on speedrun sites or in video description. Cause I'm confused about killing wife by accident (technically) in 'A New Life' and smashing enemies with pistol in 'Flatline'. Are these allowed?
Well Sniper Only isn't an official category for Blood Money, but the rule for this video is that all target kills have to be ballistic kills with the WA2000 sniper.
The woman in 'A New Life' isn't a target, meaning if I shot her it would've spoiled the SA rating cause I killed an innocent. Accident kills on innocents don't affect the rating, however. And smacking NPC's with the pistol only knocks them out. They're still alive and therefore have no effect on the rating.

How are you getting SA even when you're being spotted and shot at? It's been a while since I played BM
In Blood Money you can get shot at for trespassing or refusing to cooperate with guards but neither of those affect the SA rating. Statman shows you all the variables used to determine your rating.

unpacking the sniper on stairs or other weird terrain allows you to skip the animation sometimes

It's a bit silly that leaving weapons in the weapon drop-off box things counts against your rating
Counted as evidence in Blood Money, even leaving your suit affects your rating
The difficulty implies that anything (even cctv footage) counts against the SA rating

In a new life when you shot the wife that has the microfilm you had a red level when the agents saw you they dint shoot you.how is this possible?
The suspicion level was red because the guards heard the gunshot and ran to investigate. Their priority was getting to the area first before searching for possible suspects. In other words it’s because I left the room quick enough.
I don't how come holding weapons in your suit form can't triggered red alert 🤔

Holding a rare and very dangerous weapon in the off hand and the detonator in the right hand for some reason just makes the weapon invisible to NPC's

This is fake I have to say. Recently I did the same here, I. e finish all the missions in pro with a sniper to kill the targets and I saw that after the first mission if I use the sniper to kill the targets on pro, I don't get a SA rating. I get a Professional rating but not SA. And before anyone says, my ratings were all zeroes except the number of shots fired and number of shots hit, which depended on my number of targets for the mission. This video is a total trickery
Have you tried installing Statman to run in the background while you play the level to give you more information as to where the mistake could be? You know since the game’s post level screen doesn’t tell you everything?

Actually I have seen that if except for the first mission , in every other mission if I use the sniper to kill the targets I get professional. And this is happening right from the 2nd level in Paris. In the 2nd level if I want to get an SA rating even after using the rifle, I have to shoot the singer right at the climax of his play and use the explosives at the top to kill the other guy. If I shoot the singer before the climax, I get a Professional rating. In every other level I've seen that on Pro difficulty, if I use the same strategy but kill the targets using Fibrewire or accidents, I get an SA rating, but if I use the Sniper, I get Professional or even lesser ratings depending on the number of targets. And I'm sure that I wasn't spotted in any of the runs.

They were played by cheat codes. Otherwise it is very tough to end the missions in blood money.

Like how when you are holding the detonator in your main hand with ANY two handed weapon in your off hand, AI can't detect you're carrying a weapon? I don't want to assume though, you know? That would just be silly, right? You might end up looking like a dunce doing such a thing. And, I'd never want that to happen.
No it's the detonator glitch. The detonator is not suspicious in this game and the devs have accisentally made it not suspicious even when you are weilding a weapon in your passive hand
