I ACTUALLY HAVE THAT LEGO Technic set, and I've had it for 2 whole months! I bought it exactly 2 months ago today, and when I bought it home the same day, it became THE COOLEST Lego set I've ever bought.
I like all Volvo equipment
I noticed something in this video that could be an error. At 6:55 you see the differentials oriented in the same direction. The orientation of the differentials are critical. If they are configured wrong the wheels will spin in the wrong direction. If you orient them in the same direction the rear wheels will spin in opposite directions. One differential has to be opposite of the other. This was an issue for our build and caused the two rear axles to rotate in opposite directions. The proper orientation is shown clearly in the instructions drawing of that whole section as built (long picture taking up two entire pages) . It's super painful to repair so make sure it's correct early on. Make sure all gears rotate at every step and pay attention to the direction they are turning. Don't test by turning the wheel hubs. If you turn the wheel hubs manually the other opposing tire will rotate opposite due to the differential. That that is normal operation and is not what is a problem. What I'm describing is that the left left or right side two wheels will rotate opposite of each other if you put the differential in the wrong direction. Test by turning the drive shafts or spinning the gears and not by grabbing and spinning the hubs where the tires mount. Test early and often, otherwise it's a nightmare to fix.
I just got the set is it normal that the front keeps breaking off easily at the part where the head and back connect?
Hello! Can you help me? I'm building Lego 42114 I arrive at step 340 (Page 219) I think everything is assembled OK The problem is: Turning the hubs of the rear wheels by hand, the 4 go forward and instead, the 2 hubs of the wheels of the cabin go in the opposite direction... (reverse) It's wrong? According to the plan, everything is fine. Thanks!
I made this error and had to rebuild the whole set from scratch. It's such things that make you fell both frustrated but satisfied at the same time. Overall, it's a great set.
Our back 4 spin one way and front 2 the other way. What is goin on??!!

When assembling the steering motor, make sure that the markers, are correct position.
I have this set and i love it!
I bought this set on 8/24, the day it was released in the U.S.
It's huge, it's very intricate, but I have ONE WARNING for all users: the 3-speed transmission is VERY METICULOUS as far as EXACT placement of the selector gears; if you are even ONE MILLIMETER off, the result will be instead of driving forward and reverse, you will find yourself raising and lowering the load box.
Either that, or the directions are wrong, because I followed the instructions closely and that's the results I get, even after a full teardown and rebuild.
UPDATE:
The Instructions were CORRECT. After discussions with LEGO Customer Service, we decided that there was a problem with the Control Hub itself, probably a defective-from-the-factory or a similiar problem issue. Fortunately, I had a spare hub from having bought TWO of the Top Gear Rally Car and parted one out, and that Hub went in the Volvo - and it worked BEAUTIFULLY after it got the firmware update and went through the Mechanic's Calibration.
Suggestion: ALWAYS, always, after a battery replacement or firmware update, run the truck through Calibration.

Yeah, i prefer prints where the stickers should go. Stickers are a pain in the arse to place where they should be. 🤨

For some reason my wheels in the middle don’t have power going through it and the steering is just sad it has fresh battery’s though I was wondering if you know where I could have gone wrong
@Bohan Wang thanks I have realised I forgot a gear in the differential and placed it back and it is now 6x6 but the steering might have to do with the batteries
what exactly are the other spare parts, cubes, it's different in each video and it's different for me, so either we all agree differently or Lego sends us differently :))
