I do think there is the possibility it was an earlier version of the manuscript that had been rejected by the legal team and sent to the Dutch publisher by mistake.

My cousin works in publishing, she said to me I know exactly what has happened. She said at some points they have received legal advice not to include names, which is why there’s the paragraph in all the other books around the world that they can’t name for legal reasons. And the update was made at the printers in each country except this one lol. Hence why he was happy to swear on his family’s lives that it wasn’t a publicity stunt. Note he could have said, swear on my blah blah I never wrote that, but he didn’t because he knows it was in there originally! 😂🤣
