I’m a doctor and I come across your videos all the time on various topics but never watched them because I never thought your videos will cover them comprehensively. Damn boy I was wrong, you are really good.
Sir, I like ur other videos but I am sry this did not go well with me. It seems to crude. Some important information was missing like it binds in major groove and contacts three bp, It's binding with cys and his, etc
helpful video , but please provide complete information about the topic before giving the applications (where can be used) i hope applications we think of right at that moment . you have not described the structure neither said anything about 2cys and 2his. its just a suggestion please dont take it otherwise. thank you
So...I have heard the term Zinc Finger Nuclease. That should be a nuclease enzyme with a zinc finger motif which we can artificially modify so that it attaches to a specific region on the gene & makes a cut??
Sir, transcription start when polymerase enzyme bind to tha promotr site .so in these case we dont required poymerase enzyme? Plz tell me because i'm confused about this😔
My guess would be that histidine and cysteine are uncharged at neutral pH and are Lewis Bases, meaning they have an extra lone pair of electrons, and since the bond with Zn in these kinds of organometallic bonds are usually coordinate covalent, Zn requires an electron donor.

It's a pleasure to know that you liked my lectures
Brilliant and concise, helped me understand quickly. thank you bro 🙏
You're welcome. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures

Thank you so much from 1 faculty of medicine of Charles university in Prague!)))
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
Love your videos brother, you are doing a great job! Thanks!
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
Thankyou so much sir👍🏻♥️
You're welcome
Thank you so much i am here just for concept becz this is most repeated ospee of my tomorrow exam we will see if this question repeat again thanks 👍
All the best for future career
this was so useful! thank you so much :)
You're welcome
Thanks for your all worthy efforts, i established every part of information you explained along the video clearly, well appreciated :)
Brilliant, thank you for making it easy to understand!
You're welcome
Thankyou sir❤

Nice explanation
thankyouuu
You're welcome
This helped so much!
you're a great descriptor .Thanks
+Ana G you're welcome
Thanks a lot.
You're welcome
Thanku soo much sir.. Plz make a video on targeted drug delivery on mice models against cancer...plz
Thank you. Glad you liked my lectures
thanks sir
Thank you
thanks
This video was wonderful. it cleared many basic concept.
thank u sir....
sir plz make video on "Fermentation kinetics"
ty so much
Bright man

You're welcome
Is there any lecture of talens?
Niceeeeee👍👍👍
More details one can get in pathfinder
Can you tell me the chapter name in pathfinder book

@@himanshunainwal8939 sorry I didn't got zn finger here ..it will be better if you say the chapter
@@beautydutta2034 molecular genetics -- after eukaryotic transcription

sir please conduct a class about protein domains and motifs separately
It's already there in my channel
So...I have heard the term Zinc Finger Nuclease.

I love you
Sir fos and Jun have zn binding domain ??
Zinc finger nuclease and zinc finger motif...are they same??
I really love u
Thank you
Sir, can you please upload videos of zinc finger nucleases and TALENS as well?
It will be quite helpful! Since there are less videos in this topics. Thank you.
Coming soon
@@shomusbiologyofficial Thanks!
how does the fusion protein helps in regulating the transcription process ?
You are a life saver dude... :)
There is no alternative of yours on TH-cam
please do a class on TALEN
Yes I will do that soon

Why does the histidine and the cysteine associate with the zinc? Wouldn't those side chains not want to be near a positively charged ion like Zn2+?
My guess would be that histidine and cysteine are uncharged at neutral pH and are Lewis Bases, meaning they have an extra lone pair of electrons, and since the bond with Zn in these kinds of organometallic bonds are usually coordinate covalent, Zn requires an electron donor.
Sir, what is the signifucance of fusion protein in this & does this mean that we can modify it
A lot of info is missing
How can we modify the Zn finger n how can we add that to a biological system sir
Please make a series of protein-dna interaction and methods :)
Okay
Zink
can i get bacterial motif please
Sir plz do not repeat same things and you could add more info
U sir are the man lol
Probably. Due to zinc finger transcription I went bald all over body i.e. alopecia Universalis.
turkish translate please!!!!!!!!!!!
