Devins one of my best freinds, it was removed due to the fact that now, In motive was getting all the money from the views. Devin has written his own version of The Disconnect and its so good. Keep and eye out
i mean, cool edit...audio is kinda shit though tbh. Man...Don't get me wrong, I'm team Andy as well when it came to this competition...but I did also REALLY like Devin's song. I don't care if it wasn't live, or he used a bit of auto tune, I understand that those were both against the rules of the competition at the time, but Devin made such an amazing sounding vocal track, and the way he mixed it was so pleasing. Listening to the one recorded with In Motive after he won...it was so disappointing. I feel like they told him how they wanted it to sound, and he just kind of nodded his head and went along with it because they gave him his "big shot" at startup...but...the way his voice is layered in the post competition version just doesn't fit the song imo. If I recall correctly, he didn't track any harmonies or backing vocals for his audition take, and it sounded amazing. Really sad that Andy didn't win....oh well, he's with monuments now kekw

Andy is a better lyricist and vocal performer. Devin is prettier.
