- (TIMESTAMPS BELOW) This is my comprehensive guide to the best ability in Warframe, Navigator.
this is now the best day of your ant-sized life.
if for some reason you would like to keep up with my art or video making, my bluesky is Kfetid and my instagram is surprisingly Kfetid.
I hope to be the ivara guy.

a guy in region chat blessed me with this information this is crazy
My soldiers are taking over
@@KFETID try it withphantasma alt fire >:) if you use it well, you can "detonate" the same projectile endlessly against the floor 10 times a second. you cant direct hit enemies toooo much (just enough for piercing navigator) but the explosion spam is soooo satisfying.
ivara PNG-Tuber was not on my 2025 bingo card but its still pretty cool lmao
If you want to try a different Ivara build, you can use Syam (with gas + electric + melee influence) and replace her 4th with Wrathful Advance. It gets consistent tier 5 ("red!!") crits and absolutely wipes the map with only one heavy attack wave that goes through all walls.
I really like the syam so I'll definitely give it a go. wish it was more controllable in navigator tho
@@KFETID Also, I'm not sure if you know, but you can use amalgam barrel diffusion for the +60% dodge speed to move around in invisibility A LOT faster. Dispatch Overdrive also works well if you're willing to proc it.
Keep up the chill vids.
I forgot syam had a totally different heavy animation from other nikana. Most of them are incredibly frustrating to use with wrathful advance
if you guys don't have prime sure footed (PSF) use you can use one of those 3 options:
1. normal sure footed + power drift for 90% knockdown resist and 15% strength
2. sure footed + fortitude for 100% knockdown resist and 100% shield recharge speed
3. handspring for 160% knockdown recovery speed. you still get knocked down but instead of like 1 sec, it's around 0.4 seconds, which is way better but you still get knocked down
kfetid i made an topaz shard once without playing yareli or mesa!
it was for the blast proc = shield 5 effect, since for a short time, after they got introduced, that effect refreshed your shield gating. AND it worked of your sentinels blast procs, thus if you had a sentinel with 100% blast chance and high fire rate/ quick reloads you couldn't really die, but your screen was full of the shield breaking animation
towards the end you said "the averrage warframe player doesn't know how to play ivara." here are my 5 cents to that comment.
without wanting to sounds mean, the averrage warframe player doesn't know how to be "good" at this game. but that is the case for most video games, other kinds of games or anything really. people just do it for fun and not to be good at it. even me for excample, i like playing pool and darts even tho i don't know 90% of the pool rules and my throwing is... well let's say i don't even hit the board 20% of the time.
this is also probably the reason why the torid incarnon is "the meta", or more like a very heavily used weapon. you don't have to hit weakpoints to charge it up, it charges up very fast, and in incarnon you don't really have to aim. and it is also pretty strong.
before incarnons(and even now) the ignis wraith was one of the most used weapons, just because it was decent and you don't have to aim too.
anyway, great video!
i always like seeing new creators poping up in my feed
I remember when the blast shard worked for shield gating... RIP. Also yeah, I get what you mean. i don't exactly blame people for using the meta or not knowing how to play ivara. I mainly made the video to defend the reputation of my favorite frame. I also want to encourage people to branch out and try new weapons, strategies, mods, etc. i don't think my way is for everyone and i'm not demanding everyone play this way but the reason i dislike the torid is that i know there are at least a few people out there who would be having a lot more fun with the game trying to force a "bad" weapon to do something crazy that it by all means shouldn't be able to do, but someone told them something along the lines of "the new eximus system/overguard FORCES you to use the meta". there are so many weapons in the game and its a shame you rarely see anything other than the top 20 or so. I miss the feeling of loading into a mission and being like "what the hell is that guy doing with THAT weapon, I need that build." I personally think there could be an entire hidden meta we don't know about because not enough people are out there just testing random things. TY for tha comment friend, hope you stop by for the next one when its done!
TH-cam algorithm has blessed me once again
Glad to see old builds getting rediscovered. The first part of the video was rough to watch mostly because well those aren't unpopular opinion Ivara's navigation is known to be her best ability, it's always the ability people play around if they want big numbers with Ivara and no one builds around Artemis bow for a long while now.
you'd think that but every time i encounter an ivara in mission thay're running a bow build. my soul dies a little every time a new player gets ivara, tries building around bow, says she's "too slow" and gives up on her... i've made the mistake of watching YT tierlists and the most recent one i watched from a pretty well known youtuber put her in c tier because navigator was "pretty much useless"
I don't even have Ivaria but i absolutely love this lmao, hope the best for you on your time on TH-cam and I'd love to see more❤
Secondary Ennervate
It functions strangely with navigator. You're able to stack up as much as you want, and then it'll apply to the next time you fire it. Get 300%, next shot snapshots it, and you can fly it around as long as you have energy
I’ll have to compare this with surge on the grimoire. I’ll keep that in mind
You've got a great knack for content creation - I dropped a follow. Can't wait to see your future vids!
working on another warframe vid currently :))) i thought warframe needed more of what i call "high effort content," so expect an animation every time
Im so happy I stumbled upon this video
Absolutely amazing video and great guide!
Since you mentioned artemis bow being a clone of navigator, i want to pull out my nerd glasses and 🤓erm, aktshullay, ivara released a year before cernos prime.
Cernos prime is the clone here, but i think the points you make about wanting artemis to be more unique still stand- especially because it does have a very good clone that is universally accessible.
I do really hope to see more videos like this from you, this was a great listen and really high quality. The animations and drawings were well worth the effort to make the video unique from the average, boring, infodump, clickbait, word vomit, guide.
this comment is everything i was hoping to hear
A very great and informative video, and the animation in the beginning was really nice too! x3, I've already been using her with a Tenet Arca Plasmor when fishing and mining, where the dashwire is insanely useful, had no idea the Zenistar or Grimoire was this good too, so I'll definitely check those out now too!
Play more ivara its life changing, i have 3 ivara primes now for different builds and i'm planning on making 2 more for testing purposes lmao
Congratz you won my man
Your crusade Is like my last month trying to damage cap with atals' landslide
I have tons of respect for that. Long live the atlas nation
Cloak Arrow is the type of invis that is not interrupted by sound. Enemies will still home in on the sound, but they will not shoot because they did not see you. Very, incredibly, niche is using archguns or the 1999 rpg
Based video! It's time to take ivara-pill
these cursed mesprit drawings are amazing
mepit goes hard
beautiful first video what a gem 😭🙏
wait til you see the next one
Funny and informative vid, I understand why yt would recommend this one.
Good vod, big subscribe
This seems awesome, ill definitely have to dust off my ivara and make a new grimoire
As someone who's never played Ivara yet, I find this very interesting.
Ivara is where damage is by game function not shown numbers on a stat screen. Kinda like an Ash's finisher build, they're still out there (I recognize y'all).
I've wanted to do a personal rework of ash by abusing his passive and a melee.
All 8 of us Ivara mains agree.
Dis man cookin' some *SPICE*
Ivara mains gonna take over this year believe it
Quivers invisibility is mainly used to be given to other frames as survivability with a sentinel on top of their big dumb round soft craniums
Amazing drawing/animation/intonation
These builds do look neat, gonna go integrate this into my artemis bow lol.
I like most of the rework ideas. Though instead of removing the spread on the bow I'd rather it just have a cool special interaction with navigator that groups the arrows. I do think she still needs a more consistent way to kill groups. One way would be to actually boost the damage when you charge the bow so individual arrows can do meaningful damage on a horizontal shot. The vertical quick shot already deletes single targets. Would play like a reverse kuva drakgoon
yeah the fact that charging the thing doesn't really help the DPS is ridiculous, i dream of a day where navigator and artemis bow can be super strong when used together or separate
3:10 noise used to be broken on interception. It could permanently turn off enemy ai and you could semi-afk until you needed to clean up the enemies.
used to... :( also I wish there was at least one interception that was worth grinding but nowadays it's more a mission they throw into archon hunts and sorties to remind you that it's a mission that exists
Thank you, Tenno. I now know more about the Frog
Fashion wise, wish we could remove the head n skirt veils
I used to run a stab Ivara back in the day. Covert Lethality along with a decent dagger and prowl means you can just murder an entire ship by one shotting them all. Provided you can target choose properly. Then they nerfed Covert Lethality. So now some people take two stabbies.
I play an archer who ditched her bow and became an assassin. Hilarity ensued.
Was looking for an ivara build that didn't just lycanth's hunt its way towards doing anything. I also really like the idea of Ivara turning into a drone pilot of sorts, having her own unique things she can do with projectile weapons. I would suggest testing the arca plasmor esque beam from the tenet agendus, though A you likely have and B I doubt it'd be that much different, though with warframe there's no way of knowing for sure.
Oh, I just thought of testing spearguns. They're probably ass but the idea of cosplaying as a ferrox is frying me right now
I’ve tried spearguns, the unfortunate thing about them is that their projectile speed is too fast. Maybe if i tried rolling for a minus projectile speed riven but i have so many rivens to roll rn (i have riven mod addiction)
Im gonna use primary acuity on my yardstick-mag carmine penta and ball out using this information
All 9 of us Ivara main agree. We are happy about this information.
#7 here, this pleases us greatly 🙏
I have specifically been very copium pilling myself for the grimoire with some other hyper specific builds out there that need you to have 15 specific things happen for it to work so this just by the virtue of being simple will make me use the Grimoire more and in general I like Ivara
Perfect first vid
The best possible ivara build imo, especially the orb
The best way to use navigator is with the fishing bait. Been a few years but you could multiply its effect like you do with damage
I love ivara, i understand that artemis bow isn't the "best" of abilities, not bad either, but i can't just forget about it, it's part of who she is, it's like taking away excalibur's blade or valkyr's claws y'know, i even have a Eidolon huntress build to one shot eidolons with it :v, but yeah, navigator is broken
hopefully the bow gets buffed to work well with or without navigator. I like ivara as a warftame that can be built entirely around any single one of her abilities or have them work well in tandem so it really is unfortunate that an ability as cool as artemis bow is kind of falling behind.
after you mentioned gassy i thought i dreamt this video like a half year ago, I MIGHT BE schizo
They honestly nerfed us Ivara mains so fucking hard in 1999 by fixing quiver stacking 😭
50% of ivara's kit makes you want to be really precise and aim for headshots to maximise damage
and then her exalted weapon, the thing all other abilities are supposed to support or at least compliment, is a SHOTGUN BOW THAT IS THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF PRECISE
and it's not even a good shotgun, either
This is a very EVIL VIDEO... This was awesome
7:21 - PREACH, BROTHER!
WE NEED EXALTED REWORK! IN FACT, LET'S ALSO REWORK PSEUDO-EXALTEDS!
crazy how in the year of our lord 2025 pseudo exalted weapons are straight up just BETTER than exalted weapons
I like using the Nataruk personally… been screwing around recently with Soma Prime too
Like #99 .... This shit boutta pop off
(10y vet, didn't consider really going back to ivara till I got the prime but now ......)
Treasure trove of information
I creamed when I saw the damage
@@Vanesh-u1b you don’t wanna know what my chair looks like man, not after a full day of playing ivara
@@KFETIDcan you control your projectile 💀
LMAO yeah man I navigate it into my roommate's shampoo bottle
thank you i hope ivara prime prices will go up i have 5 sets :)
ivara stocks to the moon to the moon to the moon to the moon to th
Try xata + gunblades or verdilak
Xata can double dip headshot multipliers and stealth multipliers, gunblades can use both stealth multi and headshot multi. Idk about headshot multi on verdilak, but i assume even if it is set to x1, prowl cam still make it work

based
Based on what?
been playing with this guy for weeks idk how he looks at that shitty electricity effect for so long
@@pillager3653 bastard open your heart to the light
Fun video to watch even tho i don't really play ivara. Also since you didn't mention the weapon, i will as the question; What about Epitaph?
Charge shot has too high of projectile speed while AOE cannot recieve punch through. there is a possibility of it being decent with a -projectile speed riven but I have too many things to roll rn to test it. likely doesn't have enough punch through though.
Holy. Shit. Another Ivara main that doesn't use artemis bow. I can't believe I'm not alone.
...granted, I don't use navigator either, I just use a a vectis and lately the vesper and pretend to be solid snake while I use operator to zoom around the map, but that's an entirely different me-issue altogether.
noise arrow was good for 24 hour interceptions cause u gather enemies with it and keep them sleeping for the rest of the round and about that for another 100682316 rounds, but with new eximuses it's not viable anymore
invis arrow is still good for rescues and all that where u need keep vulnerable target safe, just hit it with invis arrow and go wherever u want
sleep arrow still good for some riven unveiling aside of stealth affinity farm with finishers on exterminations, so i think only noise arrow is unusable as for today
just figured out yt won't let me post screenshot links to show me what i mean
Also first time i've seen 32bit integer cap damage number was with nidus/chroma infused ivara with xoris back when deadlock protocol was released
yeah sleep and cloak are ok but i think they need a bit of QOL. sleep needs something to be set apart a bit from equinox rest (basically the same thing but better) and i think it'd be nice if you didn't need to actually aim and hit an ally with cloak and instead you could cast it and have it instantly effect allies in your crosshair.
Nice
this art is rancid keep it up
Torid is like 19 1/2 metas ago tbh
I love when I'm so elbow-deep in absolute fucking nonsense warframe videos I find some godless forbidden tech video with 12 likes and 100 views and just think to myself, "where the hell am I?"
you're where you NEED to be
do you know about the mutalist quanta?
no you don't know from the video, I'll give you this gift: if you put the bubble of the Mutalist quanta and pass the Zenistar disk through it it will get 300% electric dmg and separate proc. so you can have gas+cold+electric or corrosive+heat+electric on the Zenistar. even activating influence without putting electricity into the Zenistar
I am VERY interested, thank you for this. I'm gonna test that asap
Looking for an org of Warframe Masters?
Try using Artemis bow with Scourge , the Acuity mods , and a max range build thank me later 😉
Молодец
Love navigator. But my stupid gay brain hasn't progressed past the foregone days of Warframe themes and every time I end up being disappointed by Artemis bow because I want the hunter to use a bow. Here is hoping the cyte-09 gun makes the devs remember ivara needs a tweaked exalted.
IKR??? nav will always be my favorite build but i like ivara as a frame that can be built in all of these different ways. i hope DE shows artemis bow some love
Eh... I will accept your solid insult, and counter with Tornado. Stationary Tornado. Best ability in the game.
::Edit:: Why does your b-roll of Artemis Bow consistently show you using the flat fan? It doesn't add damage and you hit less headshots with it... Ugh... definitely super casual... (just feel the gamer outrage).
Its a competitor but unfortunately for you i am biased
