I've only watched the first 4 minutes so far, but I can say, it was never the RV, Pippi, it was always you. You drive the channel, you keep subscribers coming back, and you will grow the channel by simply continuing to be the grounded person we all know you are.
    Okay...back to watching :P

      I agree.
I didn't subscribe soley because of RVing or your travels, but because of your approach and who you are. Your love of adventure, fearlessness, openness and talent are inspirational.
I'm sorry to see your frustration, but i'm glad to see you are working through this transition and finding your happy place once again.
Can't wait to see this new adventure unfold!

My advice is buy low sell high! I've bought three homes and all three were fixers. I've bought five boats. Four out of the five were fixers. To me, doing a project is much more satisfying than just buying something that's turn key. Good luck!
I've been RVing for about six years now and the one thing I've learned is that at least I know who slept in my bed!

Doing contracting work pulls in 12-15 hundred a week and I am ok with that. Go bring home your own bacon woman, happy for yea.

RV life isn't all perfect sunsets and endless adventures as many channels would lead you to believe. There's a lot of trade-offs for having that kind of freedom. I get bouts of burnout here and there too. One thing that helped was downsizing my rig to something much smaller and simpler: no slide-outs, no power awnings, no other unnecessary gadgetry, etc. Makes the dreaded packup/travel day, as well as overall maintenance, much easier. Appreciate your candidness and honesty and best of luck in your new venture.

thanks for showing the "real" RV life and the reality of the costs of travel. I traveled in a van for three years traveling around the US, Canada, Mexico when gas was 25 cents a gal. When I retired a few yrs ago I purchased a Class B and headed out with my dog. After the first year I was ready to give up - I no longer enjoy driving and the constant moving. For the last three years I found the solution. I head for the warm CA desert and stay for 5 months at a resort park with all the activities I like to do. In the Summer I head for the high mountains for 2 months at another resort park. Lastly I spend 2 spring months, and 2 fall months at my home in Boise where my 3 adult sons work and stay. My youngest 2 sons live in my house year round and pay for the utilites, insurance and do the maintenance. at 1/3 of the cost of renting a 2b room apartment - my house is all solar so no electric bill.

You have such a kind soul and spirit. I love watching each and every one of your videos because of your insight on how to live ones life. It is so much more than a channel of a RV. It is about your positivity and caring, that comes through in the videos you post. After watching your videos you make everyone’s day a little brighter because of your demeanor and love of life! Take chances in life because honestly no matter where you end up, it always ends up just the way it should be. Please don’t regret things, start looking at them as life lessons. Your most important opportunities will be found in times of great difficulty. That’s what makes us who we are to our core. You learn and grow with every choice you make. Everything is worth it. Always listen to your heart.

Thank you for investing in her ideas. For me it means that I will keep the enjoyment of seeing her story go on.

I can not speak for all the fans of Pippi. But we owe you a great deal. You have given her a shot at her dreams. Her American dream if I may be so bold to say.

Pippi, Hi, I've been watching a couple years now, and your reno's are very interesting and informative, but it wasn't that aspect that made your channel grow, it was you! Your down to earth honest spirit, very beautiful, very brave, very talented, and inspiring. Important, I was unaware until recently when other tubers started mentioning to hit like, and notify, b/c it strongly affects your channel, not to just subscribe. I haven't hit like on youtube or facebook in ten years on any channel. Sorry, I didn't know. I liked all your videos, so I will go back and like them all. Oh also if subs' would share your videos, I didn't know that either. Don't give up, I don't think you realize how many lives you touch and inspire. I think some are just scared to talk about it, for fear of saying something incorrectly, but stay true to yourself and keep your lovely sweet attitude and your channel will grow. More and more are hitting the road, so a lot of peeps are going to need your help prepping their RVs.Welcome to Hot-Humid Texas!

The adventure of you always brings a smile to my face. The years I spent discovering the ins and outs of my 89 Pace Arrow, were sometimes challenging, but mostly some of the best times in life. Having you in your first rig was truly a blessing as they were so similar. Like you, I grew tired of being out there, wanting some time off and being around family. My RV is still here, I daydream turning it into my own pirate land yacht , Gypsy Van inspired creation. Then sometimes, I think to make it into a luxury 1st Class suite like what you would find on Air Emirates or similar. But all these dreams have much thanks to you for being such a great inspiration of the hard work and love of life work ethic. You've been a good long distance, similar thoughts person, so thank you. Your choices are always intuitive and from where I sit, your intuition is like the hand of the universe pushing you in the right direction. Best wishes and looking forward to more years of the same.

This was/is so refreshing for me to watch! Like you, I RV alone. While the adventure is still better than the sticks and bricks life I had before, it's getting kind of lonely.
I'm an extrovert, and simply need to get plugged in, or I'm gonna dry up.
I realize a key for me will be working, although I'm retired. Or even volunteering.
Just traveling for the sake of traveling isn't gonna get it.
Now back to the video! You are so refreshingly honest.
And unlike many on TH-cam, you get right to the point. Intelligently! Glad you found a key to unlock some happiness!

So excited to hear your plans.... I've been in suspense since your last video. You have mentioned before how you are just looking at a camera yet we get to see you, understand you, and almost know you in a sense. That being said, so much has changed in a week from our point of view - yet from your perspective this has likely taken quite a bit more time. I'm curious, what is they typical time delay from when you film to when the content airs on TH-cam? Clearly for all the things shown in today's video, it took longer than a week to refinish your parents bathroom, set up a new gig, buy a house, drive to Dallas, and start renovations as shown in the teaser clips.
Looking forward to the new videos. Love seeing all the directions you go in and how many things you decide to tackle yourself.

My experience has been that 4 "C"s are critical to a fulfilling life:
community, culture, connections and companionship. Taking any one of these 4 away seems to always eventually lead to a life that is just a bit out of step. Sort of like a small pebble in your shoe. It is almost impossible to have all of these with a life on the road. In the end, you find yourself sacrificing so much, for so little.

This is what happens when the stars align for you!! I am so excited for you. I hope you keep the TH-cam channel going because as someone else commented, we just love you no matter what you are doing. But, do whatever is right for you. I'm starting my own TH-cam channel and I'm learning how much effort it takes to do all the filming while you're doing stuff and then all the time editing. Maybe every other week is enough? Just stay in touch. Best with everything!!

You're so wise for your young age, it's true all good things come to an end, but the memories is payment enough, when I gat my Motorhome I wanted to go to the end of the world and back, but the further I went, the more I wanted it to end, even though it was
An experience to see new things, but I really wanted to share the experience with someone, and I dreaded the ride back home alone,
But you pippin, you was never alone I was with you and all fans we love you, be safe 😎

Lately your videos has been very suspenseful never quite know where you’re going to end up at the end of it. I’ve driven a 18 wheeler for years. So when you started this video. Talking about traveling so much. It was like my thoughts were coming out of your mouth. I’ve recently come off the road. and I don’t understand why, but I somehow feel better that you’re in the Dallas Fort Worth area looking forward to your DYI projects and see how things go. There is a lot about you to be admired. Dallas is a better place, knowing that you’re Here. Wish you all the best in your endeavors.

I look forward to seeing things as you move forward. Best.

  • @DWDinAtlanta

I found you because of RV renovations. Most of the people I follow did a renovation of some sort along the way. I used to do a lot of decor type changes in our home. Some involved a little demolition here and there. Just adding crown molding, changing light fixtures & faucets or hanging a ceiling fan can make a big change to a room. I've tiled floors and hung wallpaper, stripped wallpaper and had a hand in paint techniques, textured walls and window treatments. I haven't done that in a while and would like to make some changes again. Living in the same house for 30 yr, you need a change once in a while. I hope you will spark an idea for me and give me something to work toward. I really thought you would stay at your parents and flip RV's. I even talked to my son about doing that together. As long as a motor wasn't involved, I thought I could do some of that. Good Luck! HUGS~Donna

So excited for you!! I've really gained a lot of information over the last two years as I've watched your videos. I am so grateful to you! There have been so many times I wanted to financially support you and haven't been able to. I have been in a major life transition and am planning to live in a 5th wheeler, weirdly enough, in Oregon, for the next three years and then I will purchase a piece of property or home. I appreciate your honesty about the challenges and joys of living in an RV. Most of the elements that are difficult for some people - community, planning where to stay, cost, are already built into my life, I just won't have to pack a bag every-other week. I'll have to hook up my trailer instead. Love your idea to stay in Dallas! When I go down to Austin to see my middle son, I'll be sure and let you know! Would love to meet you - and totally understand if not. I'm also a "video" face, so know how that can be. Women's Employment Advocacy (.com) Thanks again!! S

Wow! I'm so excited for you and your new journey in life, I don't blame you one bit for deciding to live in one place in giveup on the full time traveling, it has to get lonely, boring once you've seen everthing and especially expensive, I don't know how people can afford to do that full time. Well anyways I will still follow you in your new adventure, you have to do what makes you happy in life, good luck!

One Peterson to another... You are living my dream! My parents dragged me around the country as a child. I didn't appreciate it at the time. I've slaved away my adult life with only 2 vacations outside Illinois since I was 18. I'm 8 years from early retirement at 55. I want to live my retirement like you're living now. But now, I'm caregiver to my elderly parents 85/92 with Alzheimer's in play... while holding down a FT job. Life is rough. Watching your travels is like an escape. Keep it up. I'm watching. And inspired.
