नमस्कार साहेब. आपके व्हिडियो के कॅप्शन मे जब मायापुरी के कुलचे देखा तो सबसे पहले मेरी आँखोके सामने मायापुरी फिल्मी मॅगझीन के पन्ने चमचमाने लगे. एक जमाना वो था जब मायापुरी और स्क्रीन ये दो चीजे फिल्मी दुनिया कि सारी खबरबात देनेमे अव्वल रही. लेकिन जैसे हि आपने मायापुरी के कुलचे क्या है ये बाता दिया तब मायापुरी शब्द कि महिमा पर भरोसा और भी दृढ हो गया. आपकी इस अनोखी पेशकशसे स्ट्रीट फूडवाली दुनियामे एक उम्मीद कि किरन जाग उठी है. मै मानता हू के फूड वलॉंग तो काई लोग बनाते है. लेकिन खाने को लोगोतक सही अंदाजामे और सही स्क्रिप्ट के साथ पहुंचाना ये दोनोही बाते ऊस जायके को देखनेवालोके दिलमे उतार देती है. ये हुनर आपके पास है और इसीलिए आपके व्हिडियोज हमे बेहद पसंद आते है. वैसे दिल्ली मे रहनेवाले शखस को छोले कुलचे कोई नयी बात नही है लेकिन फिरभी इस रेसिपीज के नये नये जायके ढुंढने को दिल्लीवाले हमेशा बेताब रहते है. उंची चंद बेताब लोगोमे से हम भी है. अब तो ये भी एक ठिकाना हमारे जायके के सफर मे शामिल हुआ है. इन मायापुरी के छोले कुलचे के लिये धन्यवाद.
