They truly went all-out with the writing, right? These cutscenes were quite well-directed, too. The music and the narration coupled with the footage are very expressive. My highlights are 3:37 and 14:05 -- the roaring horns and chorus in the background accompanied by the narration and footage harmonize themselves perfectly. Notice how at 14:18 the whole mood changes from 'heroic victory' to 'bitter consequences' almost seamlessly. A mainstream documentary would put a retarded-sounding cymbal in between and just break the immersion.

The game was indeed ok but the Luftwaffe expansion pack has got huge problems even after I bought it.
