That's cool! I love my wooden cutting boards, my main is a big teakhaus and I oil I regularly. I chocked on my wine when u said that u put it in the dishwasher, haha. I want one too now, I guess u could oil it anyway, to get it to look a bit better.
we used to have these where i used to work, don't know if it was same brand but when they are washed in the dishwasher or with soap they get dry and fuzzy. If i process fish then i usually clean with a cold water and maybe some soap. who was the knifemaker? have a great day :)

Doesnt need oiling or maintenance at all and is daily dishwasher and steamer proof. Its mind boogling i now. Tell jærfjøla.no hi from me.
