@loslifeglow1886 be careful do better research or ask your doctor not the cause of high cholesterol is animal based diet ... watch some dr berg videos he had a very good information about cholesterol
@@fayamndes4562 all vegan foods/products have zero cholesterol. So therefore, vegan diets are healthier than non-vegan diets in terms of cholesterol. Not saying non-vegan diets are awful and that every single non-vegan food has high cholesterol, but I am saying every single vegan food/product/dish you will ever eat will have zero cholesterol
