Popping (How to Pop) 1) Arm Pop -Relax your fingers/palm and the wrists -Squeeze and tense the muscles(forearm/triceps) -Pop the muscles and cause the wrist to tap down as an after effect. 2) Neck Pop -Relax and tense the jaw muscles.(the muscles under your jaw/side muscles at the neck) 3) Chest Pop -Contract and release the muscles of your chest.(the muscles right between your armpit and the chest.) 4) leg Pop -Snap the knee back to trigger the thigh muscles to pop.(Put the weight on your leg)
