By the way for the new iOS 14 Update, what you can do is this:
Settings -> Scroll Down and Find Mail -> Accounts -> Remove only the name of the possible virus on is -> Do Not Remove the account “iCloud” just the Virus.

If you are recently having this problem the password and accounts tab will not be there anymore instead to to the calendar part in you settings and there will be a tab that says accounts click on that then fallow the steps he said in the video

Download multiple anti virus and clean your files, if it gets worse use I cloud backup for the things you need apart from safari or your internet browser. Then you will have to reset your entire phone in the worst situation

Recently I restored my iPhone X as new with the latest iOS , didn’t download any multimedia other than few apps , after trying out your methods, didn’t notice anything specious. But I did figure out a way : open calendar -> click calendar -> uncheck the option ‘Siri suggestions’ et voila! You are good to go :)
