    code "electron" will save $120 at uscooters.com/, not an affiliate link, just a discount.

    Thanks for the discount code! I was deciding between this and the Fluid Mosquito and this discount code brought this within about $43 to what I was able to get for that scooter. With this one having the updated breaks and larger capacity Samsung battery cells that made the $43 extra for this scooter seem worth it. Nice review!

      I am glad to hear the coupon was helpful. I have tried to get a Mosquito to review and compare to a UScooters. Let me know what you think of the scooter when you have tried it out. Thanks!

    This is still the best power to weight ratio scooter you can get! I've put 256 miles on mine and am very happy with it. I easily achieve 31 mph and I weigh 185 lbs

      I never saw those kind of speeds on mine but I don't disagree, awesome power to weight. Cheers

      @@ElectronSurfer futecher gun mini motors. Actually a very good scooter just not as compact. 28lbs 30mpg scooter is still the king of weight and speed.

    Replace those solid tires with tubeless puncture free tires and it’s perfect.

    • @ElectronSurfer

      I totally agree, If companies focused on easy to change tires vs these rock hard solid ones, I'd be jazzed.

    Recently changed to solid tires and regret the move.
    Poor traction at speed and with my limited suspension travel on the Zero 9, i feel every unexpected bump and crack in the pavement.
    Ive ordered wider 8.5x3" rubber tires and will use a protective liner without goo or sealant.
    Meaning, hopefully no more punctures, far better grip in all conditions and far less micro vibrations as well.

    • @ElectronSurfer

      I agree with you, while I like the idea of no flats the ride quality and traction really suffers from solid tires. Thanks for the comment!

    It’s a great scooter to load up and explore new places without fear of a flat tire. The top speed is very good for such a light weight scooter. I too think pneumatic tire option would be great. Headlight is just a basic light that needs to project ahead, which it does not currently do 🫤.

    • @ElectronSurfer

      Ray, good to see you. I think an integrated second light, that you can aim, would be awesome. Pneumatic tires are sweet but only when the rims and scooter are designed for reasonable tire repairs.

    this is pretty much the same as the Fluid mosquito, which I kept for a month and sold after. I really liked that it was lightweight, but it also felt a bit flimsy and undersized for someone like me who's 6" 185-190 lbs. Acceleration was good, but having the motor in the front tend to jerk me forward. Suspension was not the best either and the deck being lower I would have to go around most speed bumps or it would hit the bottom. I ended up getting a Vsett 8 which has better riding comfort, higher deck clearance, rear motor, and longer range.

    • @ElectronSurfer

      I agree with everything you say here. I think each scooter takes some getting used to and finding the right fit for you, is difficult. Did you do the single motor Vsett 8? I reviewed that one but think the dual motor version would be great. Cheers

    Have the sport from a couple of years ago and portability can’t be beaten, on fairly smooth surfaces in the dry it’s fantastic but any rain and it’s not got an ip rating at all let alone a good one and grip isn’t there as not pneumatic tyres. Performance is good even with the lower powered sport but lighting isn’t great. I don’t feel etwow/Uscooters are innovating much on this design. I would like to see slightly wider handlebars just to fit turn signals on the handlebar ends, the red deck corner reflectors being lights and acting as indicators also, 9 or 10 inch pneumatic tyres and an ipx5 or better ip rating. Can still keep its ultra portable size. Might seem like a lot of upgrades but we are seeing all of this already on Segway and Apollo scooters, aswell as lesser known brands. Worth it even if the price goes up 100 or so.

    • @ElectronSurfer

      There are definitely limits to the positives of solid tires as you mention. I do agree the overall design could use an update but I also feel it is tough to retain this much portability at a certain amount of features. My biggest wish is if people could choose air vs solid tires, now that would be nice. They could also do the light, last miles one and a full featured commuter scooter with those upgrades you mentioned.
      I appreciate the comment and happy holidays!

    I have a GT 2020... Is this much of an upgrade over the 2020 ? (Suspension wise, etc)

    • @ElectronSurfer

      I don't feel a suspension improvement. The only tangible differences to me are having cruise control and perhaps a little better electronic braking. The GT Sport supposedly has a higher quality battery and controller but those aren't anything you notice riding. Cheers!

    i just got mine, im assuming i have the same model as yourself. does your drum brake make a clicking sound? mine does, operates fine, acts almost like an antilock feature, on off on off braking which makes the clicking noise. Is mine jacked up or is it normal? thanks in advance

    • @ElectronSurfer

      A drum brake is typically very smooth and quiet. I have ridden a few scooters with anti-lock brakes and I find it very annoying. I am not really sure if that is an issue or a new feature, I'd reach out to UScooters and ask.

  • @messor01

    Well, the only thing I would add to the test is that when you said that your two legs do not fit next to each other. Now I'm telling you that I'm riding a large escooter that can go over 70 kilometers per hour, and there I learned that WE NEVER PUT OUR FEET NEXT TO EACH OTHER ON A SCOOTER!!! But ALWAYS BEHIND EACH OTHER!!! Remember this! So don't list it as a mistake if your two legs don't fit next to each other, because that's not how we roller skate! You put the weight on your back leg and bend your knees when turning, as if you were skiing! This is very important! Do you understand?!

    • @ElectronSurfer

      I have heard this before and it is a common thing that electric scooter guide would say as a don't do and I 100% disagree. I probably ride over 50% of the time with my feet side by side, as long as you have atleast 3 points of contact I cannot see the problem. I think there are right and wrong ways to ride but I believe that is not at all related to how you place your feet. I do appreciate the rant, have a good one.

    • @messor01

      @@ElectronSurfer The problem will be if you have to brake suddenly! because many people don't know that the handlebars of the scooter are not meant to be held on to, or that you lean on them with your entire body weight when braking. If you drive a high-performance scooter, you automatically put your weight behind you when braking, on your rear leg, because you can get seriously injured if you don't learn to do this. I wish you an accident-free ride!

    the hard tires are a real deal breaker, it should have pneumatic tires

    • @ElectronSurfer

      I wouldn't go that far, many people feel that pneumatic's are a deal breaker. On a last mile solution scooter I think solid tires work, never having to check the air or worry about a flat.

    • @jaidenghaj9587

      They use a patented hollow core technology for the tires so the ride is much better than you expect especially with the dual suspension.

    • @ElectronSurfer

      @@jaidenghaj9587 I would not say their solid tires are any less solid than others. Unagi said something similar and those are rocks. The suspension is the savior though, solid tires makes suspension a must to me!

    They should develop a dual motor version with a wider deck, 60 volt and wider handle bar.

    • @ElectronSurfer

      I think of you go dual you should ditch a lot of the portability features and that would make most of this design unnecessary. There is a lot of room for growth in scooter design, give me a dual motor carbon frame but keep it under 40 lbs...
