I've got the following question for you:
Do you have any sugeestion about business english book for english students, a good one that covers topics such as custumer service, telephoning, negotiations, meetings etc..?
I've heard of the "English for everyone: business english"(732 pages), although I don't know whether that's a good option.

As I'm sure you know, there are many options when it comes to books. One of the series that I find most practical is the "Market Leader" series by Pearson. www.pearson.com/english/catalogue/business-english/market-leader.html
I also think Paul Emmerson's Business Vocabulary Builder books are quite useful and they cover a lot of different topics. I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the book you mention, so I can't comment on that.
