Any and all critique or suggestions for my home are welcome as always!!! Also, do we like this style video or would you prefer a finished house tour once it's all done as a reveal?
Hi!! I think some pop of a color would add something. Also perhaps a couple plants or organic branches would add something. Especially to the bowl on the left on top of the bar. I also could see little art behind the lamp near the mirror in the entry way.
I like this style and would love a home tour! Honestly put anything out and I will watch lol fr ❤ if you and Elle started a pod that would be cool too 🙂🫶🏼
No critiques, no notes. This was wildly entertaining and satisfying lol everything you placed, I was just like “yup, yeah perfect” - sending you so much light and love ❤
I love this era of Blair!!!! I’ve followed you since the first make up tutorials and hauls in your childhood bedroom. LA was glitz and glam (no pun) and fun but this era feels so real and relatable. I love your cozy home and how you’re thrifting things on Marketplace to make it work. (I do the same!) Keep sharing your process, I love to see it!!
thank you! yes, it's been awesome being together. she's actually at Elle's right now and I'm going to go over there in a bit to go trick or treating with the nephews!
I LOVE this video!!! hearing your thought process as you placed the items was everything and more! Here’s to hoping you never finish this project so we get more videos in this style 🤞🏻
So sorry for your loss and Mama Fowler too. I feel we’ve gotten to know her over the years and even get little glimpses of the grandmamas through various stories, heirlooms and such.
Even though I’m just a stranger on the internet I feel so connected to you! Grew up doing makeup with you, got engaged around the same time, and currently also in my wifey era ❤ love these more candid videos!
❤ I lost my grandmother recently too. Talk out loud to her! It helps 💕 what an amazing blessing that she was able to see you married as well. So proud of you and Elle!!!!
First off, I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my Dad a year ago. So, I really feel for your mom. Secondly, I love that you are getting things off facebook marketplace and have things from your family. I am redecorating my own home ( attempting to) and I have a lot of artwork and furniture that was made from my great uncle. I love that it is so maximalist. I love that you're working with what you have instead of suddenly coming up with all new stuff
So sorry for your loss ✨ Would love more home content! Most of us here are pretty much the same age as you and we have the same “issues” in life… so decorating and restyling a home is something that is very similar to me 😄 Love all the “life content” - wedding, household, cooking, backyard/garden, family time (and soon maybe baby topics too) ☺️
My condolences on your grandmother’s passing ❤ We lost my mom’s mom earlier this year too, and it’s hard personally but also hard to see your mom go through that loss. Sending you all comfort and peace. Also, I loved the style of this video (over the finished house tours of the past!). It’s really cool to see how you think about spaces and also to see how much your style has transformed from your past homes!
I'm so early! Sorry for your loss Blair. I'm so glad you could be there for your mom in her grief (and yours). Your mom always seemed like such a sweet and supportive mom!
Omg my favourite type of video from you. I love organisation and decoration. It was interesting to see how your taste has changed after all these years. It is so much more earthy now
I'm so sorry about your grandma, Blair! Lost mine around the same time of the year but in 2021. You never stop missing them, but it does get easier with time! My heart goes out to you and your family!
I could literally watch these kinds of videos all day long! I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your grandmother. I am so glad you got the time with her that you did get. Cherish those memories of her. My heart goes out to you and your family during this time of grief and processing. Much love from a viewer since 2012 ish
Blair I’m so sorry for your loss! Sending healing and loving prayers your way. This is in no way meant in a bad way, true crystal decanters release lead into the liquor if it’s left sitting in the decanter. They are beautiful to collect, I would just suggest decanting the day of hosting and whatever is leftover can go back into its original bottle. Again not a critique or judgement, just a safety tip from a total stranger. I genuinely love seeing how far you’ve come since the start of your channel ❤
I loved hearing your notes/thought process in decorating your home. Also I love that you’re saying styling, makes it more personal (extension of you), and less staged than when you say decorating.
I'm so glad you're posting again but wanted to say how sorry I am for your loss. I lost my grandmother 2 years ago, and one of the most helpful things someone said to me was, there's no timeline for grief.
I'm so sorry for your loss ❤ I loveeeeed this type of a video please film more of these home videos! I've always loved your decorating videos and anything to do with your home! You still have the same audience, we are just a little bit older 😅 but we still enjoy the same things; beauty, home, all that! ❤
Blair, you're mom is Turkish?! That's awesome! I'm also from the Eastern part of the world. My heart goes out to you and your family as your grandmother transitions back Home
Hi Blair. I'm sorry about the loss of your grandmother for your mother, for you, and your family. May your grandmother, R. I. P. These home décor videos are fun to watch. Thanks so much for posting. Peace. 🙏😇
Please do more of these videos! I love to see how you decorated even though I could never have a dagger out with my two year old running around. 🤣 Organizing and decorating are my feel good activities too. Sorry to hear about your grandma, she would be proud to see you using her lamp!
Add some branches to the pot on the pedestal. It will add more height to that corner without blocking the light. For the coffee corner, you could get a small lamp from target (like the super small ones...they're about $10) and add another small piece of art or a figurine. We have a small lamp, a vintage recipe box stacked on cookbooks, & a wooden fruit bowl in our little corner of our kitchen. Your style is delightful & I adore how you've styled everything. A lovely & meaningful collection of decor ◡̈
I’m sorry for your family’s loss and at such a special time in your life. Love your home and this decorating style video. The trays from Turkey are beautiful.
I'm very sorry for your family's loss❤ I really did love this video and I hope you consider posting more like this so I can learn how to decorate my apartment ❤
So excited for this era!!. I am so happy for you and your husband and I pray many years of joy and blessings. I love the process videos but I am content with all our Blair uploads
Got married the same weekend as you, fangirling!! 🤍 sending love and peace to you and your family as you grieve and celebrate your grandmother’s beautiful life!
This was great!! I love hearing your thought lives because it helps me see that it is an actual process. More of them would be great! Also, I’m so curious of where you keep all the extra stuff. Can you show how you store and organize it? When do you decide to keep something and store it, if not using, versus get rid of it buy something new? You seem re-purpose things and I like that. Saves money! Where do you store it so it doesn’t get out of hand?
I’m sorry to hear about your grandmother. 💗 I loved this video and this type of content. Thank-you so much for sharing! You have given me so many ideas! 💚
I'm so sorry for your loss ❤ I would watch you style every nook in the house lol, I'm kinda clueless when it comes to styling so I'm making mental notes on how to make a home look beautiful. Also love using pieces inherited from family!
I think switching the dining table and sitting area was exactly what the space needed! It looks much more cohesive and intentional now. I’m sorry for your loss as well. Sending love! 💕
I'm so sorry for your loss Blair. I'm sending your family, and especially your mom all my love and prayers. I really enjoyed this video. I love how you are reusing things you have had for years. It was fun watching you place things and try things out-there were a few times it was like you read my mind haha. "She should try layering the pictures" and then you tried layering the pictures. We both agreed the spoons fit much better in that last pot at the exact same moment 😂😂 It was so just like hanging out. I'd love more videos about freshening a space up with things we already have. What size items look good next to each other...what types of things to avoid. Also...I love the porcupine!
im here for these vlogs! I went back and watched some of your old vids from 15 years ago and it brought up so many memories! i used to watch you all the time back in the day!
This was so fun and refreshing. I’m subscribed to mainly make-up channels but the artist in me loves interior design and visual merchandising. It was interesting to learn your thought process of styling and to pick up some tips for my own home. I feel inspired ☺️
Loved this video so much! I enjoy seeing how others style their homes with intentional and sentimental pieces. Maybe a small plant on that little table to the right of the bar cabinet.
I’m sorry to hear about your loss. Please extend my condolences to the rest of your family. It’s wonderful you had the opportunity to spend some extra quality time with your mom and help her through this difficult time. It’s heartbreaking to lose a beloved family member. I really enjoy these decorating videos. Having so many options to play around with makes it so much fun! As with any aesthetics, there are no rights or wrongs... just preferences. I am 100% in your corner when it comes to candle wicks being burnt... even just long enough to turn the wick black... much more homey! I have a suggestion for your entry table you might like to try... it might help balance the height of the mirror if you put the books under the lamp and move the catch-all tray beneath the mirror. Or, if you have a taller lamp, like a buffet lamp, that would work great and would be simple to just switch out the lamps. I love a buffet lamp because they don’t take up much real estate but provide the nice height of larger lamps. Just an optional idea that might appeal to you. 🤷🏻♀️☺️🥰 I love these decorating videos and look forward to more! Thanks for letting us tag along!
Sorry for your loss Blar, my sincere condolences. I'd love to see a garden or outdoor decoration idea video, love this new series, I hope to see more in the future.✨
I don't think I've ever seen a layout like this one where the kitchen is in the middle like that! Do you like it? Do you use that sitting area a lot when you first walk into the house? It seems like a lot of furniture in a small space, especially how the dining room table is right behind that first couch. My suggestion would be to get rid of either the two green chairs or the couch to open up some space and make it a little easier to walk around.
Loved this video, I hope you make more of these! I am no interior decorator, but the vase on the pedestal at the end seemed a little heavy/large in comparison to the slender pedestal, but maybe it looks different in real life! Otherwise I am loving your style, and I feel like you can really see the inspiration from your family home and how you’ve modernized that cozy feel and made it your own. Condolences to you and your loved ones ❤
Absolutely loved this video! Your style is so classy and beautiful. Every placement I was like wow perfect! This felt like the shortest 32 minutes of my life - I was soo sad to see the video end. Also condolences to you and your family 💗
Thoughts and prayers to you and your family. So sorry for your lose ❤ This video also came out on the perfect day! I’m going through my closet and dresser and reorganizing too!
So sorry about your grandma, really miss mine but this type of video reminds me of her. She always had the cutest arrangements and decor that she would switch out for every season. Lots of antiques and things from her travels. It is so special to me when people use antiques and family heirlooms in their home :) My suggestions would be to get a big fern or ivy that cascades down the pedestal. Dont love it with the vase. I also loved the antique painting on top of the bar cabinet, more than the target one. But both are cute. Also can’t wait to see progress in the tv room. And i actually like the chairs you said were temporary, but maybe they aren’t nice up close I don’t know. LOVE the needlepoint chairs that your grandma or great grandma made. That is so cool. Love the tip about open coffee table books, I will take that one. If I ever find a coffee table haha. In my first ever apartment alone but it’s only for a year before I graduate so I am not sure if I will ever fully decorate.
I was going to say you can get some plants that are hard to k**** - the vase on the pedi stool would be nice with flowers you can change out frequently (or infrequently if you prefer) to change the mood of the home or some greenery would be nice as well 💕 natural air purifier! If y’all can keep plants alive you can diversify your options more!
Absolutely loved the chill nature of this video. It was like hanging out with a friend. Also, big comfy sectionals are LIFE. Critical for any movie room! PS - I love that you have and use Snoop Dogg's cookbook lol
Great video! It's nice to see the thought behind decisions. I've got young kids so unfortunately my surface decor is pretty sterile these days! We did just move into a new house and I'd love if you had more content like this but on wall decor, furniture selection, or even table linens and dining tablescaping.
So Sorry for your loss Blair! ❤ I always enjoy your longer rambly videos, it is just what I need after a long day at work. If I may suggestion for your next video is to see your 5 - 9 after your 9 -5, always enjoy those types of videos :)
First of all I'm sorry for your loss Blair and for your mom/family. I'm glad you and your mom got to spend time together. Quick question, where is that painting above your fireplace from? Loving the decor videos and can't wait to see more decor/renovation videos 😊
I love the $10 chairs! They look vintage, I'd keep them there. That couch looks so cozy! I'd love a new one but my cat would destroy it, maybe in a few years.
I’m so sorry for the loss of your grandmother. I lost my grandma in 2018 and she was more of a mother to me than a grandmother so it hit really hard. I feel for your mom so much. I wish my house could look like yours my pets just would not allow for any of this lol. All I think about is how the candles would be on the floor and the pot on the one table would be broken with my cat and two big dogs. My poor romba gets run over more times that I can count lol
I'm so sorry, Blair. My grandmother passed away as well two weeks ago and it really hurts so much even if it's the circle of life. Much love to your family.
Any and all critique or suggestions for my home are welcome as always!!! Also, do we like this style video or would you prefer a finished house tour once it's all done as a reveal?
I loved this style of video! My *only* critique would possibly be a larger lamp at the entry table or maybe add a few books underneath it for height?
Hi!! I think some pop of a color would add something. Also perhaps a couple plants or organic branches would add something. Especially to the bowl on the left on top of the bar. I also could see little art behind the lamp near the mirror in the entry way.
I like this style and would love a home tour! Honestly put anything out and I will watch lol fr ❤ if you and Elle started a pod that would be cool too 🙂🫶🏼
I suggest this type of video AND finished room tours seperately.
you should collect match boxes in the lamp ash tray bowl!!
So sorry for your loss! Would you ever consider revisiting old room tours and commenting on them? I think it would be so fun.
No critiques, no notes. This was wildly entertaining and satisfying lol everything you placed, I was just like “yup, yeah perfect” - sending you so much light and love ❤

I LOVE this video!!! hearing your thought process as you placed the items was everything and more! Here’s to hoping you never finish this project so we get more videos in this style 🤞🏻
I am SO glad you enjoyed it! I'm trying to take my time and really get into the details.
Seeing your style transition throughout the years is amazing. In a good way! Thank you!
I’m obsessed with this style video! I love hearing the thought process and how you modify as you go. 🥰 Please do more this way!
I’ve never seen a decorating video in this style and I LOVED IT!! I like the thought process and all the changes you made etc
So sorry for your loss and Mama Fowler too. I feel we’ve gotten to know her over the years and even get little glimpses of the grandmamas through various stories, heirlooms and such.
I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm happy that your grandmother was blessed with 99 years and such a lovely family.
I’d love for you to do a series on interior decorating basics. Like choosing color palettes, artwork sizes, etc.
MORE OF THESE VIDEOS PLEASE! This fills my soul to the brim and gives me all the motivation I need to do this to my house!
Even though I’m just a stranger on the internet I feel so connected to you! Grew up doing makeup with you, got engaged around the same time, and currently also in my wifey era ❤ love these more candid videos!

I lost my grandma a couple months ago. Such a hard process. Sending you a warm hug. Also, your home is coming along nicely. ❤
I loved hearing your notes/thought process in decorating your home. Also I love that you’re saying styling, makes it more personal (extension of you), and less staged than when you say decorating.

I’m so sorry for your loss ♥️ I’d love to hear more about your mom’s story and her Turkish culture. It’d be fantastic to hear 🩷
Love love love this type of content. This is brain stimulation for me when I do this in my own home and getting to watch it 😅 please do more!
Please do more of these videos! I love to see how you decorated even though I could never have a dagger out with my two year old running around. 🤣 Organizing and decorating are my feel good activities too. Sorry to hear about your grandma, she would be proud to see you using her lamp!

Loved this video and seeing how you play around with decor! Definitely want to see more home, organization, and decor content from you.
I'm very sorry for your family's loss❤ I really did love this video and I hope you consider posting more like this so I can learn how to decorate my apartment ❤
So sorry for your loss. I absolutely love your collected style, what you’ve done is stunning!

So sorry for your loss❤. Your decor is warm and cozy and so welcoming. No critique needed.
So sorry for your loss Blair
I’m sorry to hear about your grandmother. 💗
I loved this video and this type of content. Thank-you so much for sharing! You have given me so many ideas! 💚
This was super wholesome! I love how it didn't feel staged and you worked with things you already owned to make the space feel new 🤍
I'm so sorry for your loss ❤ I would watch you style every nook in the house lol, I'm kinda clueless when it comes to styling so I'm making mental notes on how to make a home look beautiful. Also love using pieces inherited from family!
I think switching the dining table and sitting area was exactly what the space needed! It looks much more cohesive and intentional now. I’m sorry for your loss as well. Sending love! 💕
I’ve been watching you for years and I’m so glad that you’ve come back. I’m loving this content! ❤
I'm so sorry for your loss!
I love this kind of videos, so I would be really happy to see more.
I’m so sorry for your loss. I loved this video. I could watch these daily. ❤
Very sorry for your loss Blair 🙏. LOVED the styling video. Great idea. Please continue to take us along.
I'm so sorry for your loss Blair, sending tons of hugs and my cat Cheshire sends purrs your way and to your mom as well
I'm so sorry for your loss Blair.
Absolutely loved this style of video! I would also love to see how you switch up your decor for the holidays so maybe a video like that!
I’m so very sorry for your loss 🌸 sending love and prayers to you and your family
Eeeep! Love seeing the Capri Blue soap and lotion by your sink! I work for them! Hehe!!🥰

Sorry for your loss. Hope your mom and family overcome the pain soon❤
Absolutely loved this video! Your style is so classy and beautiful. Every placement I was like wow perfect! This felt like the shortest 32 minutes of my life - I was soo sad to see the video end.

Thoughts and prayers to you and your family. So sorry for your lose ❤

AMEN to lighting the wick before displaying candles! My pet peeve, too!
Love the video I would have never put a lamp on the cabinet and it looks so nice. More of these or of your organizing!!
Absolutely loved the chill nature of this video. It was like hanging out with a friend.
Also, big comfy sectionals are LIFE. Critical for any movie room!
PS - I love that you have and use Snoop Dogg's cookbook lol
my deepest condolences Blair. Please let your mom and family know I'm praying and thinking about them in this difficult time.
So sorry to hear of your grandmother’s loss. Başınız sağ olsun. Love the whirling dervish painting!❤
Thank you so much! And yes, the whirling dervish is one of my favorites. I have 4 of them
Looooved this video! I just moved to a new apartment and I love seeing other people styling their space! 🤍
Sorry for your loss 😢 ❤ glad to see you again
thank you!
Also your skin is GLOWING!!😊
This video was so inspiring to watch ❤ I would love to see what else you do with your space!!!
First of all I'm sorry for your loss Blair and for your mom/family. I'm glad you and your mom got to spend time together. Quick question, where is that painting above your fireplace from? Loving the decor videos and can't wait to see more decor/renovation videos 😊
I’m so sorry for your loss I lost my granny 14 years ago and it still hurts to this day so just sending you my love and thoughts and prayers ❤️🫶🫂🫂x
Ahh this has given me so much inspo for my own place, especially that kitchen tray set up!
So sorry for your loss. This was one of my fav videos of yours!!!
Pleaseee make more of these! I am moving in the new year and need all of the design inspo!
A plant like a boston fern would look really cool on the pedestal. And it’s right next to a window which is good.
Sorry for your loss. Thoughts and prayers and hugs to your family.
I love interior design content of any form!
I'm so sorry, Blair. My grandmother passed away as well two weeks ago and it really hurts so much even if it's the circle of life. Much love to your family.
We love the wife era!!! I want to see more of this.
Everything looks beautiful! I think a plant would look perfect on the pedestal in the dining area ❤
Loveddd this style video! Where is your couch in your back room from it looks so cozy!
Loved this video! Sorry for your loss, what a fantastic age for your grandma though - 99!!🎉 Xx
