From Marine Boy, Splasher can suddenly talk due to an invention created by Professor Fumble. Here he's manipulated into performing at a show singing this song...can be a bit tedious after a while.

Only this episode is still on my head when watching as a kid. Back there, I was like so happy to see dolphin can talk. Too bad it goes normal again in the end of episode :(
