Lower Cathedral Lake was such a special place. Getting up at 3am to make it into Yosemite National Park before a required reservation, was so worth the effort! Having the entire mountain lake to myself, made the experience all that more special!
The wild winds of June Lake thankfully ended our gale wind advisories (for now). Moving into a much more calm and enjoyable area of the Yosemite Valley. Enjoy the scenery and the sunrise drive into Yosemite.
