Have litterly just binged watch this entire series, at the start i was thinking that all of the " team building " and " training" was a bit over the top and just for the theatrics of the show, but after watching the entire series and seeing the places and ppl you encountered it all seemed more then appropriate for the adventure ahead. I love the episodes. I can’t believe 30 min has passed while watching. You guys are doing what I have always wanted to do. It’s almost painful waiting for the next episode to air. The Camaraderie of your team is on point and that is huge in a successful mission.
Y'alls massive success is inspiring, congrats. From someone watching all the series and episodes through a computer monitor from home, the quality of your cinematography keeps me coming back. The blend of offroad photography, awesome scenery, badass gear, and interpersonal interviews set the bar, and I was thinking a great post-production video would be a "behind-the-scenes" type of video highlighting how y'all shoot, edit, produce, and publish your work. I recently went on a (hopefully not) trip of a lifetime, but failed to really capture it effectively. Thanks for sharing and I'm sure I'm not the only one curious or would benefit from some tips. -Bickham
That episode was so very well done. I felt the nervous tension of the unknown on the initial river crossings. That was a very valid issue regarding the letting your guard down after the major stressor is overcome. That is always such a dangerous moment. You also captured the disappointment, then the relief of the Argentinian border entry. They may have realized the gravity of your situation and felt a need to do that for your safety. Either way, a large bullet was avoided by not having to risk the rising rivers twice more for the sake of the paperwork. Great work on the expedition as well as the production.
This is my favorite episode of this this series as of yet! You guys do the things I can for now only dream of. I hope one day I can do the same! Also, the way the vehicles are set up is absolutely magnificent! Keep up to good work! I have a ton of respect for the film and editing crew, it's incredible!

Watch some of the Australian or South African ones much better than this.. not to knock these guys but they do a lot of 2wd drive roads and really smash the klm.

This is probably my favorite episode of the season. This and seeing the mine. I think this kind of content is what got me so excited about the channel and series. After watching Alaska, the MacKenzie trail, reconquering the MacKenzie, this is the sort of adventure I missed seeing. This is the type of stuff that inspires me to continue building an overland vehicle and getting out to explore.
You guys are a once in a generation production and all around great group of human beings! I have watched all your seasons, and you guys are the only thing i watch on TH-cam other than an odd video here and there!
3 Vehicles really is the minimum for a trip like this. One to scout a line, one to get the scout out of the line, and one to drive everyone home in case the rescuer gets stuck getting the scout out.
It's hard to hang in there for the next episode like you mentioned at the end Clay! You guys and gals are amazing! I love the filming,narration and the adventure I'm living in third person. One day you all should cut through southern Ontario where I was born to northern Ontario where I live now and head up to James Bay.. I'm blabbing because you have me inspired. The water crossings were awesome, especially since it’s is so remote down there. The high risk high reward, adds to the drama.

XO timed this perfectly. The river re-routed in 2018 and Paso Mayer has been impassable ever since. (except bikers/hikers)

Outstanding that river valley reminds me of a couple here in Colorado and California where I have wheeled in the past, beautiful scenery everywhere.
