I play on pro and found the ai being absurdly fast when racing fairly using my normal top of s2 cars i.e Chiron, Sesto Elemnto. But a 970-ish top speed tuned Speedtail, combined with a sprinkle of wall riding left them all in the dust.
Fun Fact: The 1924 Chevrolet Superior Series F achieved 43 MPG, it also only had 26 horsepower from a 2.8L 4-cylinder, and nearly 2 million of them were made. The new Prius, with a century of advancement, only gets 58 and makes 121 horsepower. The Superior had a drag coefficient around 0.7 to 0.8 while the Prius has 0.24. But its also 1700lbs vs 3000lbs and 112mm vs 178mm tyre width. Think about it, peak power, drag, weight or rolling resistance? Which does the most? Its kinda interesting to study this stuff, fascinating how old tech that could last several decades can almost perform as well as modern tech that lasts as long as the warranty :P

I got 3 stars on all of the Hot Wheels drift zones in a 91 BMW M3 with a V8 swapped in (B class all in all). You can just crawl through drift zones in first and second gear with it.
I found out that driving a stock Chiron is the easiest for some reason. Something to do with the AI balancing in this game. Meta builds don't work here, they'll just match with you.

i recommend the rimac concept 2 for the hot wheels expansion. It not stupid fast like jesko but its pretty close. But what makes it op in my opinion is the acceleration, since it’s electric.
Honestly AI sucks in fh5, if there are alot of corners you automatically win no matter the difficulty as long as you have top speed and acceleration, and in a straight line like this one after many tries i decided to use this car and i did a perfect lap and still couldnt win if ai wouldnt let me pass n1 3 checkpoints b4 finish after being 2nd for 90% of the race
@@tomazudovic6900 i agree up to a point. The AI is pretty easy until you get on unbeatable. Then it’s anyone’s guess. Every time i play on unbeatable, it would either gave a decent challenge or it will give me a race that is impossible to beat because for some reason no matter how good i take the corners the ai just magically pulls away. Idk about you but there’s times i play on unbeatable and the AI just pulls no matter what even when you would think you’re about to catch up, boom the mf just all of sudden gets like an extra 1000hp and takes off. For races with mostly straight lines are easy tho, you just need to know how to tune your car right.
I’ve got a question, what is the best steering wheel to use that works with Xbox and is under $200? I have been looking for a steering wheel to use for racing.
I did Goliath with McLaren Speed tail. Was 1st. Flew from the track in the ice zone and still catched up and 2 AIs just lost their magnet power in the jungle somehow. P. S. Was fun looking Nick not using a booster right behind him, doing drift zone in the begging.
I’ve learned that the EVs in this game are extremely overpowered. Try racing against the Extreme E trucks in a cross country race, it’s insane how fast they are

Also the 1998 supra rz is an easy win. It makes the other cars have to follow the same class and the supra easily dominates all the cars in that class.
